Practice Two Slytherin Quidditch Team

Jasper stuck out his tongue at Luna. She had hardly given anyone else time to grab the quaffle, but he didn't want to keep arguing. He flew up to the hoops and attempted to score. Frustrated when he failed.

Jasper didn’t managed to score but this was practise since it was still important to try. Luckily no one was being hit by bludgers yet either which helped.

Once Jasper missed his attempt Luna pounced on the quaffle and took a lap of the pitch before returning to try and score again which she managed to do so.

Leda could hear Luna scoring yet another goal and hoped she’s better as successful in a real game. Thinking she saw the snitch in the corner of her eye, leda darted off toward it.

Liam smiled as he saw Luna scoring two times. They were doing a good job, but he hoped Mordred would stop some too he managed to do a few. Liam looked around to see if there were bludgers he could hit.

Luna wanted to wait for someone else to grab the quaffle but when the keeper played it back in she was the only one close enough to grab it. She did a lap of the pitch before she headed back toward the hoops. A little part of her hoped the keeper would be able to pull off a good save but that wasn't the case and she easily scored once again.

A part of Mordred was angry that he was not saving a lot of goals, but the other, bigger, part of him was happy that the chasers were doing well. He went to catch the quaffle and threw it back into play.

Luna grabbed the quaffle once again once Mordred threw it back into play and she did a full lap of the pitch before she turned to take another attempt on goal but this time she missed.

Liam was impressed of how Luna scored he didn’t had luck and missed a bludger completly. He had to step up his game.

Mordred was proud that he was able to catch the quaffle this time. He knew he could get back on his game. He threw the ball back into play.

Leda's eyes were focused on the snitch instead of what else was going on and she chased after it once again, this time more aware of her surroundings. She caught up with it quickly, and put out a hand to grab it for the second time that game, turning in the air to face the rest of the team. "Keep up Irons," she called out, releasing it with a grin to her teammate.

Jasper grinned when Luna failed to score, and grabbed the quaffle next. He flew off with it, pausingo nly when Leda managed to get the snitch. He cheered, probably a little too loudly, but he was glad anyone but Blake was doing well.

Liam continued and saw Mordred now catching it he put up his thumb. It was going really good so far. Leda managed to catch the snitch again and that gave Liam hope against Gryffindor. Still Blake had to catch it to give more competition. Liam himself spotted a bludger and managed to hit it against Leda. She had her chance. Now Blake had a headstart.

Things were picking up now and Leda had been back on the snitch after releasing it into the air. She flew a few laps of the pitch and watched as Jasper grabbed the Quaffle, turning her head just in time to see a bludger coming straight for her. By that point she had already paused in the air so she wasn’t exactly making it difficult for the beaters although she should have known better as the bludger slammed into her shoulder. She groaned, having only a few seconds to register it before she was off again, the snitch teasing her a few feet away. Ignoring the seering pain in her arm, she rushed through the air and managed to grab the snitch for the third time that practise. She could only hope played like this in the match against Gryffindor.

Whether it was Willow or Sierra that Leda would be coming up against in the next match, the Slytherin was confident she could beat either of them. She’d released the snitch again and turned her attention of focusing on the other members of the team to see how they were doing, but for some reason the snitch wasnt leaving her alone this practise. As the snitch flew back into her face she caught it once again, wondering why it wasn’t flying away as much as it usually was. “Got it..again,” she called out, letting it go and flying away from it herself.

As the practise continued, Leda knew the team would be getting tired soon and with the clouds overhead the rain would soon be on them.

OOCOut of Character:
Practise will only be open for a couple more days!!

Liam watched Leda for a moment. Glad he was able to hit something again, but he wasn't out to hurt her. Though she had been annoying sometimes, but not that much. Leda catched it again and Liam just felt that they just had to win it. Leda was such a good seeker. He spotted a nearby bludger and managed to hit it towards Luna. Two times a hit today.

Leda checked her watch before motioning to Liam for time. She grinned as he just managed to hit another bludger but made a note to speak to Luna once the practise was over. "That's it guys, we're done here. If anyone's got any last minute questions before the match you know where we are, otherwise we will see you back here for the match against Gryffindor." she said, knowing they now had the delightful job of trying to get all the balls back into the box.
