Hi,

so I've been trying to settle back into the site gradually before I bothered with one of these but I think it's time now and I've more than one character as well

So first and foremost I have ...

MINERVA KHULIK - playby Laneya Grace
​

Minerva is a Kiwi born and bred Half Blood, she is shy - cripplingly so at times and other times she does come across as aloof and a bit of a know-it-all. She has no friends, she has never had friends - not even her siblings and her parents certainly don't count. She's getting seriously attached to her slightly crazy cat Odin and she has met some nice students about the school but none that she can genuinely say are real friends.
So for Minerva ... to finish out her first year I would really like;

she really won't care as long as she gets to call someone 'her friend'

I have a bit of angst coming up with Alex and Minerva which is great as well for her but am hoping that by her second year she will have at least two friends - they don't have to be mega tight besties but two friends is definitely a number that she can deal with. Best to read her bio to get clued in properly on her personality.

MERLINA CALIBURN - playby Alicia Vikander

Merlina is my pureblood poor little rich girl she is spoken for already in the way of relationship wise but new friends or old acquaintances of her past life at HNZ might be nice while she's back in New Zealand. Her bio is a click away as well, the history and personality is still coming along - I'm trying desperately to update it all. The basic gist for her is that she is in line to be matriarch of her extremely wealthy family but only if she gets married. She discovers her grandmother has a line of suitors ready in the wings as Merlina is far too caught up in work to bother with that sort of thing, so she takes off to new zealand for a break but also to check on the families holdings in NZ.

Which brings us on to ...

THE ABRAMO TWINS - playby's Domhnall Gleeson and Katherine McNamara

They are Italian and half bloods and in New Zealand working as body guards (Guardians) for the Matriarch-to-be Merlina. They will have time off of course - so can do with some acquaintances to run into. Both are single, so if someone wants to get a character involved, we can go through biographies, see how they rp together and take it from there.

Last but not least and the newest member of my group - her bio is only being written up this week so bear with me please ...

FAIDA KAIBRYN - playby Ruby Rose

Faida is Russian/English but raised in England most of her life. She attended Hogwarts there, is a muggleborn and went on to teach Muggle Studies and History of Magic. She loves England and she's enjoyed the trips over the years to Russia but wants to broaden her wings a bit and on a whim decided to try either Australia or New Zealand. NZ got the big straw! So friends / frenemies / party mates / relationships ... the works for Faida please.

So I know we talked about Norton and Minerva becoming better friends, so I wanted to offer him for the role of her one genuine friend, because he would be so there, He really likes her, thinks she's totally cool, and already believes them to be friends. We could have a new topic for them set in the new semester, if you would like, something just the two of them where they can do stuff and talk about how they got pranked. Just let me know what you think!

Hey Linda, I could offer Elizabeth for Minerva. She likes everyone and will be there through thick and thin. Elly respects everyone and is overall really bubbly and excited about everything. She has a group of friends, but she would also like some friends outside that group. I think Elly and Minerva could be a great combo.

 

[Sara Moon]

Hey Linda! I can offer you Sara here as a friend for your Abramo's possibly? I don't know which would suit better for you, or what you're considering for them, Sara's past friendships have often been with men, so she could suit Emilio, but that could also prove interesting with Eva. Romantically, Sara is spoken for, but I'd love for her to branch out a bit, and I think she would find the whole bodyguard situation intriguing, especially since she's a muggleborn, and the whole powerful-pureblood family idea would be foreign to her. I'm sure we could come up with something interesting Let me know what you think!

Minerva feels really comfortable with him, so definitely a yes here to a good solid friendship with Norton. He's such a sweet guy but he's also got a fun streak which will help take her out of herself a bit. She's really introverted so I think he's probably one of the best to help her get out of her dorm more

I think we had them head to the kitchen after the cupcakes incident, so we can have them in the new term discuss all sorts too - the holidays, the yule ball, the prank, another trip to the kitchen, the new term - the end of term, plans for the summer
when you get her talking ... she may not shut up ... please be warned, I do think there's a health warning label that comes attached

Hi Tamara,

I would love them to rp and see how they get on first. Going off of Minerva's character - bubbly people would freak her out completely, so it might be a lot of fun and rather strange to do a rp between them. Minerva can be exhausting, she will blurt out things off the top of her head because she tends to take things literally, she also doesn't really get sarcasm properly yet

Socialising drains her but she's promised her mother since the holidays that she will try harder and she doesn't like breaking promises

I like that! We could have them meet in the kitchens once more and they can chat and stuff? And he would deal easily with her talking if she can deal with his excitement over it
