Open One Big Family

Noël was eager to try out the food here. He heard some good stuff about it. The brown haired boy walked to the Great Hall and found the large table from Gryffindor. He had been sitting at the wrong table a few times, but that was because he was such a sleepyhead. But now he knew which one was from the best house. Breakfast together with his family a home was always an important start of the day. They tried to sit together whenever it could. And here it seemed like everyone had different scheduals. But when he found a free spot at the table he figured this was one big family too. A large table to sit and eat and talk together. So he figured it would be nice to make some conversation. But first food, and there was so much choice! Noël took a croissant with chocolate on his plate and poured in some tea. The smell of the food was so good. It made him think of home. His mother was a good cook too. He really felt comfertable around here and figured he could see Hogwarts as his second home.

Daniella had busied herself with going around the castle in between studying the material for school. She hadn't really gotten around to meeting many people yet but that was really fine with her. Hogwarts had more of a welcoming environment compared to her last school and that was enough for her really. She had planned to go visit the Owlery today and send a letter to her parents, but that was after breakfast down at the Great Hall. She didn't really like missing meals - not that she would since the food was absolutely heavenly. And it was pretty entertaining to watch people around the Hall, especially the ones in her house. They were a good bunch. She settled herself in one of the free spots in the Gryffindor table - right in front of a boy that she had seen in classes, so perhaps was in her year. She gave him a small smile and a mumbled, "Good morning," before getting herself some buttered toast and eggs to get her started with breakfast.

Noel took a sip of his tea and looked at the chocolate croissant in front of him. He was wondering how it tasted so took a first bite of it. It really was nice and he wanted to take another bite. When a girl went sitting across him. He looked up as he was eager to make friends around here. And he was curious at them. She greeted him and he smiled back. '' Hello goodmorning.'' He than said and returned the smile. He took another bite of his croissant. '' How are you doing? Do you like it here at Hogwarts?'' Noel than asked the brunette.

Dani smiled at the boy whom she was sitting across from when he replied to her mumbled greeting. She continued on with her meal until the boy started conversing with her once more. "I've been good," she said rather lamely. She didn't exactly know how to respond to how exactly she was doing - especially since she's been floundering her way through and barely succeeding. "It's a bit overwhelming at first, though it could also be quite boring I suppose," she said honestly. There really isn't much to do within the castle other than explore and mingle and study she supposed. But that was probably why she didn't exactly know what to prepare for when she came here. If she knew that her only entertainment would be wandering about in the castle then she probably would have brought some more entertainment. "How about you?"​
