Jessica knew it probably wasn't the best idea to throw a celebratory party after their victory while on rival territory, but she was so happy with her team's performance, especially Elvira though she might be a little biased, so she was too happy to care. It was her last game ever playing with Beauxbatons after being on the team for so long, so she didn't want to hold back. After all the purpose of the match was to foster international magical cooperation or whatever, so this could be a way for the New Zealand kids to get to know them as well.
Sica tapped her wand on a magical radio a few times until the box found a station and began to play music, and cast a Sonorus charm on it for extra effect so it played out across the lawn. The carriage they were staying at was not too far away, parked near the gardens, but Sica brought out some tables and chairs and though there wasn't too much food in their carriage, given they were encouraged to eat at the Great Hall in the castle, there was some finger foods and plenty of candy scattered on the table for people. There were even cupcakes she'd baked beforehand (she had no doubt in her mind they'd win) that had survived the trip thanks to her protective shield charm. Fairy lights hovered above so it illuminated the area as the sun was setting after the day's game. Even if most Hogwarts students were sad about losing to them - though there were more cheers than she expected - she hoped they would let go of any hard feelings and have fun. She hadn't told her teammates she was doing any of this, but she thought it would be a nice surprise end to their season and her last act as a captain.
