🌹 Rose Giving Not My Preferred Gryffindor But It's Okay

During breakfast Amory made his way to the Gryffindor table to deliver a rose to someone named Finley Mackintosh Baros. Not the Gryffindor he wanted to see exactly but he could see if Rose or Felix were around after he'd done this delivery. Going over to what looked to be a bunch of younger kids he looked at each of them. "Which one of yous is Finley?" He asked with a raised brow.

Finley was half way to putting a chicken leg in his mouth when he was asked if he was Finley. He put the chicken down and nodded. "Yeah that's me."​

Amory looked at the younger boy putting down his chicken leg and suddenly felt bad for ruining his moment of eating. Chicken legs were good and he hoped the boy's one would still be warm once he got to it. "Right got a pink rose for you today." He explained pulling out the pink rose and its note before handing it to him.

Finley wasn't entirely sure who might have sent him a pink rose in all honesty, so when he saw the name attached he almost dropped it. Was that supposed to mean something or...? Well, did he want it to mean something? He wasn't sure, maybe? Merlin this was too much to think about on a Saturday. "Uhm, thanks, yeah, thanks, it's... good!"​

Amory raised a single brow at the boys reaction as he seemed a little flustered. Ah to be young and in love or whatever all the movies always said. "Great, you have a good one then Finley!" He told the Gryffindor with a grin before leaving him with his chicken leg.
