No Magic

Is there anywhere in the world where magic can not be used at all? I mean except Azkaban, is there any place else? I'm hoping it's more of a HoM question -hints towards Pat-

I don't believe there is any canon location where magic cannot be practised (because it's impossible to) or any natural/presented law about magic etc. that suggests such a place would be possible.
The only thing we know is electronics tend to go crazy around magic - and nothing even similar to the contrary of that.

Okay thanks, I was trying to see if there was a place where you can't use magic at all. I took Divination or Astronomy one of them mention when a lunar eclipse happen, using a certain type of magic about this time period enhance it. Was just curious
