Aurelia was happy be home and she was thinking go to New Zealand park and why not. She was with her mom and spend some time with her. Aurelia by some cocant ice cream and started eating and she still was so nervos about soon new shcool and where house she will be. Aurelia was a green dress with yelow flowers and she was so happy and dreamy today.

River had the whole house to herself, yet again. Mum was still working her overnight shift at the hospital, which had of course turned into a double shift. River knew why her mother had to work so hard; in order to support both herself and her older sister, to put food on the table and give them a nice place to live. That realization, however, did not seem to change the loneliness that River was feeling since her sister, Emmaline, went off to school. Normally the two sisters were inseparable, left to their own devices, but at least they were together. Now River felt like Emmaline had forgotten about her. She knew how wound up in studies her sister could get, but it didn't change the fact she missed her. The house just was not the same with only the young ten year old making it home.

Needing a little change of scenery, River decided she would sneak out just for a little while. She wrote a note to her mother saying she would be back soon (not that she would probably read it any time soon). River also left a covered plate of food in the refrigerator, so her mother would have some food when she arrived home before having to go to sleep. That had always been Emmaline's job, but River had definitely picked up some of the responsibilities now. With everyone in 'perfect order,' River closed the door to her house, making sure to lock it.

The young girl was off on a walk, not sure where she was going to end up. River often just wondered around her hometown area. She knew most of the area like the back of her hand. Humming to herself, River walked down familiar paths before coming to a park. This normally would not be a place that River stopped at, very little fun playing at the playground with no one around. However, River noticed a young girl about her age and her mother at the park. Maybe it was due to it being a weekend or maybe River just had good timing, but she felt like she would at least try to socialize. She would go insane if she did not talk to another person soon.

River walked down to the park, a bright smile on her face. She brushed a strand of hair out of her face as she wandered towards the girl eating ice cream. "Hey" River said hoping not to startle the girl. "I know this is completely random, but any chance you'd like to hang out for a little?" River said knowing her mother would disapprove of the lack of proper first impression manners.

"Hey!" Aurelia blushed when another girl talk with her. She was today with her mom and she wanted her a little daughter walk the shop. "That would be lovely! My name is Aurelia and what yours?" She gave her gand to shake it.

River extended her hand to the other young girl in front of her. She shook her hand, a smile spreading across her face as the prospect of enjoying the company of another person. River could not continue to live in a house that always felt so empty, never quite felt like home. The silence could get to anyone, which made this outing even more important. As the girl agreed to hang out, River was ecstatic. Yes Girlie She thought happily loving the idea of now having plans on a day that had felt just like all the others.

"It's nice to meet you Aurelia." River said trying to process the name in her mind so she did not forget. She had never met another person with that name, though her primary school was rather small. "You have a really pretty name. It reminds me of the stars for some reason." River admitted. Now that was how she was going to remember the girl's name. The young girl imagined the name had no link to the stars, however she knew she could use it to remember. River was often coming up with odd techniques to remember things. Her mind just sort of worked a little different. Emmaline had always called her odd, joking of course, but it was true at times. It was only made worse with the family trait of speaking before thinking. The Hopkins-Vance clan often 'put their foot in their mouths' as the muggle saying went.

"I'm River." River introduced herself to Aurelia. She knew first impressions were important; drilled into her since birth, but River already had a million questions for the girl. Knowing she had not had Emmaline around to bother with all her questions, it was nice to find another individual to help with that. "So what brings you here?" River asked curiously, wondering what the girl's place were for today, what she was getting up to.

''You to!'' Aurelia was surprise how easy was talk with her. ''Thanky, you realy think? My name is more like Aurelius is derived from the Latin word aureus, meaning “golden,” which was also the name of a gold coin used in Ancient Rome. Aurelius was a cognomen, a third name in Roman culture that often referenced a personal characteristic or trait, likely used for someone with golden hair. '' Mayby she wanted friends with Aurelia? She wanted find her friends and go shcool together and Aurelia hated somtimes spend time alone and learn.

''You have a nice name!'' Aurelia smiled. She was thinking what she brings here and she was with her mom doing the shcool things. ''Oh, i am with my mom here and go by some shcool things and you? '' She asked with a smile and looked to the River.
