Depending on his personality he could be either friends or enemies to Willow here. She's loud, rude and in your face. She has a few temper issues too. This is not a relationship request because quite honestly I don't see Willow as dating anyone that she wont want to kill at one point or another but if you need friends she's more than up for grabs
