Here it goes, now I have my death eater, I can role play her. I just need some basics like friends who are not a muggle, enemies who are probably muggles or not and love interest who are probably not muggles at all.
Aletheia Demeter was born on Noumea, New Caledonia to both magical parents. She also has a younger sister who died at the age of 11 when she was struck by a muggle drunk driver and was hit and run. She was 18 when that happened and just graduated at Durmstrang Institute of Magic and new at her work at the Ministry of Magic at New Caledonia. Aletheia loves her sister very much and almost killed herself when she found out about what happened to her, she always doesn't trust muggles when she's getting on age and adding what happened to her sister makes her more angry to the muggles around her. Adding to her sister's death was her parents separation, Aletheia's Mother had cheated on her Father, and adding to Aletheia's anger on muggles made its boiling point. Her Mother went to the muggle guy leaving her and her Father alone, this is the time she break down and did what she have to do, Aletheia was thinking of revenge and being a death eater will make that revenge came true. Now, Aletheia and her Father lives together but her Father doesn't still know that she will be joining to be a death eater.
Basically she is mean and nasty to muggles, muggle born and half blood only.
