As you can see my character Danielle is Muggle-Born, I want to know if her sister can be non-magical and Danielle is magical. I was not sure.

To my knowledge and experience, yes, I believe she can be. I've had characters with muggle siblings when they've had magic.

Im backing up Beth, I know of characters that have non-magical siblings, I myself have a few characters with non-magical siblings, and since you character is muggle born I cant see why all of their siblings would be magical, so to my knowledge you can have magical characters with non-magical siblings.
