Bearse apparated into the Forbidden Forest, the sound like a crack of thunder. He didn't pause to see if Drago was behind him but pushed forward through the dense woods. He used his wand to slash his way through vines and small creatures alike, leaving a trail of destruction in his path. His spy, Vici, hadn't reported to him. It was unlike the creature and even now he could not sense his presence. His dark eyes narrowed and his lips drew back in a snarl of frustrated fury. Someone had banished his spy. When he found out who had wrecked his plans, he would have more than a bit of fun using the entrail spewing hex on them.

(I'll wait for you, Drago. ) ;-)

Drago smiled as he breathed in the pine scent of the forest. He hadn't been there since he nearly killed that witch Rambolt and knew that there would be blood-shed this evening. He smiled as he watched Bearse crash through the forest, happy to come along. Children were always the easiest and tastiest prey. Following close behind Bearse, he grew more and more anticipate. He could feel his eye teeth elongating as he walked.

Bearse felt a dull sense of calm come over him as his thoughts turned to his ex wife. Could she know by now? Vici had told him of her keeping company with the Auror. His eyes narrowed, his breath puffed out angrily. He didn't want anyone to have her. If he couldn't, no one could. He dearly wished he'd run into her and her soon to be dead Auror.

Andromeda wandered from the lawn towards the forest. She didn't mean to as always but her focus was on the beautiful full moon and the multitude of stars that were out in full force tonight. She remembered suddenly that it was her mothers birthday and that she hadn't sent her a birthday card. She had made one for her but never sent it. She blamed her arguement with Brian completely for this.
Still hyper from all the candy she had eaten at the party Andy stopped at the forest edge and began dancing slowly.

She smiled to herself. She was technically a witch and wasn't this what muggles thought that witches did, dance by the light of the full moon?

Drago stopped suddenly when he smelled something new. Something sweet. He crouched down and peered from behind a shrub and saw a little girl just beyond the darkness of the forest. He smiled and wondered if he should wait for her to enter the forest or if he should go after her.

After allowing only a second of thought, Drago willed himself to change and crept toward the girl, his fur bristling as he salivated.

Andromeda began to hum to herself, away from the crowded festivities her awkward dancing didn't seem so awkward. she was thoroughly enjoying herself now.
She spun slowly to the tune she hummed, moving slowly into the shade of the trees and away from the brightness of the star filled sky.

Bearse knelt down on one knee, his shrewd eyes taking in the place where a duel had taken place. He waved his wand and confirmed that this was the spot Vici had fled from.
Strong magic had been used, old magic. He saw clearly by his wand's light the indentations in the ground, as if someone had used a staff or a cane to walk. He hummed low in his throat, the thought coming to him of the old man Vici had bested earlier that year. He nodded slowly, his mind centered on his work rather than on the fully grown werewolf he'd failed to keep tabs on.

Drago crept closer still to the girl that was walking into the forest. It was as if the silly thing wanted to be killed. He opened his mouth slightly and felt the saliva fall to the ground, happy to oblige.

In a single bound, he flew from the row of shrubbery and landed on top of the girl. He sniffed and moved his snout closer to her face.

Andy heard the movement before reacting to it. She turned but not before a huge creature came bounding towards her from the forest. She tried to scream but nothing came out, she was frozen. She fell to the ground with it on her, within seconds her life flashed before her eyes. She had no wand and no skill with which to defend herself.
Helpless a single tear fell down her cheek as she waited for the inevitable.

Drago felt his canine mouth pull into an odd type of smile. He sniffed the girl, relishing in her fear. He knew that the school had it's festivities and he knew that there would be no one to interrupt him. Drago could now take all the time he wanted; how he loved to play with his meal before finishing it.

Leaning closer, he turned to the left and took a small bite out of the girls shoulder. Chewing slowly, his eyes never left the now freely bleeding wound.

Andy stared terrified into the most horrifying eyes she had ever seen. The wolf salivated over her and then bit into her.
The pain was unbearable and at last Andromeda found her voice. Every last breath she had, every inch of her, her fear, her loathing, her terror coiled itself within her and sprang forth in the most terrifying tortured scream.
The world grew black and Andy passed out.

Cecily pricked her forefingers on the grubbly plant, cursing before she stuck them childishly into her mouth. Her brow furrowed before she got out her wand and was about to cast a healing charm when she heard a sound she would never ever forget. It chilled her blood and her heart skipped a beat before stuttering to a racing beat, causing her to gasp for breath even as she ran toward the sound. It'd come from the woods! She sent her patronus to Alicia as she ran and soon she was where she'd heard the scream.
She kept running until she came to a spot her wand light illuminated the most gruesome sight she'd ever seen. There, lying on the forest floor, was one of her students. "Stupefy!"she screamed, sending the spell flying at the werewolf.

Drago was just getting ready to take another bite of the now still girl when he heard a familiar voice shouting. He was hit with the spell and though it didn't hurt, it certainly did take him off guard. Rolling backward, he cursed himself for being careless and unaware of his surroundings. Once I finish of this new pest, I'll move both bodies further into the forest and have two full courses

Jumping back up on all fours, Drago dashed in a brown blur off of two trees and then behind the foolish woman. With a swift motion he hurled himself at her.

Cecily moved to dive out of the way but her human body was no match for the speed of the werewolf hurling at her. When she hit the ground, her breath was knocked from her body and she cried out, her wand still gripped in her hand.

Drago breathed deeply, inhaling the womans scent as if smelling a fine wine. Yes, of course he recognized her; he wondered darkly if she still thought of him when she saw the scars he had left her. Advancing slowly, his amber eyes darting around to make sure there was no one else, he opened his mouth, wanting to finish the woman off once and for all.

"Get off me, you disgusting mutt!"she bellowed, her wand sending a serious of stinging and hurling hexes at him. Her fear was pushed back as she confronted one of the demons of her dreams. She knew immediately who this werewolf was; the vile Drago Maximus, Death Eater. How he'd gotten on the grounds, she didn't know but she knew she had to keep the students safe. She felt herself getting angrier and angrier as she thought of the monsters trying to keep her from living a normal life.

Drago was hit by the first two of the string of spells, but managed to dodge the rest enough to retreat just inside the darkness of the forest. He stood as still as stone as he watched the woman, waiting for her to show a second of weakness so that he could attack again. Perhaps when she checks on the child he thought, marvelling at how easy it was to predict their type.

Cecily back warily up until she could drop down to kneel beside the still form of Andromeda Fiorelli. Her eyes saddened at the state the girl was in but she kept her wand up and pointed in front of her and at the ready. She ran her hand over the girl's neck until she felt the pulse. It was there but thready. She glanced down and saw the vicious bite in her shoulder. She took a moment to quickly cast a cleansing and small healing spell on her before bringing her wand back up. Had Alicia gotten her message? Was she on her way? She trembled in the cool night air, her arms bare and growing cold. She narrowed her eyes and looked around them, willing the beast to show himself so she could finish him off. Her anger had grown to a dangerous point as she'd seen the poor Gryffindor lying on the ground like a broken doll.

Andromeda stirred slowly, her shoulder stung like nothing she had ever experienced in her life. She was shivering and all she could see were large amber orbs before her. Eyes that so terrifyingly ressembled her own. Her terror made her eyes shoot open and she struggled to sit upright.
Afraid now of what she would see with her eyes open. She gave a frightened cry and instead of looking into the eyes of a monster, Professor Rambolt was there.
"Prof...fes..or" she said weakly, she thought her soul was being dragged from her, her body began convulsing in tiny shudders. she imagined it was from lying on the cold grass.
"wo...lf here...hel..lp" she stammered, she wanted to reach out to her but her body seemed to be in a state of shock. Her shoulder didn't feel as bad, she looked briefly and saw the blood over her pixie costume and arm. Her shoulder was patched up but there was a visible scar.
She looked back at the professor and tried to speak again.
"so..rrryy!" she gasped.

"No, no, don't talk,"she shushed the girl, pressing her to lie back down. Her attention was momentarily diverted from the wolf as she checked the girl over. She couldn't apparate with her, it was dangerous with Andromeda's current condition.

Drago heard the girl speaking and knew that in that second the woman would be shaken in her attention, even if for a second.

Bounding quicker than he had before, he jumped out and instead of attacking the Professor, he latched his strong jaws onto the girls foot and dragged her backward. It was slower than he had intended and wondered if the woman knew that if she hit him with a spell now that he could easily snap the little foot off.

"No!"she screaming, latching onto Andromeda. "Get off her!" She was backed into a corner. How could she get him to let go of her without hurting her grievously?

Andromeda felt as if searing sharp knives had just been shoved into her leg, her eyes opened wide and she screamed in agony. Her hands reached out to clutch onto something, anything as she was being dragged towards the forest.
Looking down she could see the monster again.
'No! No!' she cried silently, knowing he wanted to finish her off. She tried to think like a Gryffindor but she had so little strength. Her heart seemed to be beating weaker and weaker.
One last burst of energy was all she had left as she raised her other foot and kicked the wolves head, not even considering a severed foot. At this point Andromeda just wanted to live.

Bearse's attention was diverted by the shouts and screams coming from the other side of the woods. He ran through the woods in anticipation and stopped when he saw Drago in his werewolf form. He had a little girl by her foot and there was --Cecily!
"Drago!" he shouted, his voice ringing out in the night. "Let the girl go." He would win over her trust before killing her and throwing the runt to let the werewolf finish off. He hoped Drago could understand the tone in his voice in his current form.

Drago yelped involuntarily as the hard soled shoe crashed into his face. He dropped his mouth open and stepped backward. A low gutteral growl started in his throat and erupted into a howl as he moved forward with the intent of killing the adult woman. He knew that the girl wouldn't get far with the fresh wound on her ankle.

Just as he moved forward his ears perked up and he turned to see Bearse erupt from the forest. He had never felt such hate before as when he saw that man. He stood still, wondering if he could take on two adult wizards. He'd done it before, but was uncertain on who to kill first.
