Em was eager to start her third year at Hogwarts. Lessons would be more interesting, she expected, she would meet many more new people, and she'd bury herself in doing as much as she could for the clubs she joined, making sure she could help out as much as possible. If she did that, she was sure not to resent not getting on the Quidditch team so much. She didn't know why it bothered her so much, but it did. Maybe it was because she'd had too many expectations, and so the disappointment had hit her hard when she wasn't even picked as an alternate. She was going to try again next year. Her fourth year. She'd probably feel a little old to join by then, but that wasn't going to stop her for even a second. Em left the castle with her backpack, having gone to the kitchen and bribed some house elves to allow her to take some snacks for the day. She didn't quite know yet what she was going to do once she was at the garden but she wanted to do something. It was a nice enough day today, so maybe she would practice her spells, or intentionally meet people she randomly ran into, or...eh, she'll figure it out. Really, Em just wanted to be out in nature today.

Ana Sofia was glad to be back at school, to be close to her friends again and have so many different places to be. The only thing that was different this year was that she wasn't the only on in her family at the school anymore now that her sister had turned eleven. She hadn't been too surprised Ivelisse had gotten sorted into a different house though because even if she thought it would've been nice to have her little sister with her she knew they differed quite a lot. Still, she made sure to keep an eye out for her and be ready for any questions her sister had, even if she hadn't come to her so far. Enjoying some free time Ana had stuffed one of her new pairs of jeans into her bag together with her painting supplies before making her way outside. She liked being outside, wandering around the grounds, but her favourite spot by far had to be the gardens. There was just a lot to see there and she found them especially inspiring when it came to making art. Even if she was a little biased because she just loved painting flowers. As she wandered around the garden looking for a good spot to sit down Ana noticed one of her classmates. "Emori, hi!" She waved as she walked up to the girl. "Whatcha doing?"
