Alden appareted as far close as he could to the ground of Hogwarts without having to make to much effort. He appeared about half way into the forbiden forest. He moaned, ".nneh I hate walking..." He started to make his way through the dense trees his. Alden took look dragging strides through the undergrowth. As he moved he pulled out a ruffled looking owl whom he had 'Borrowed' from a 'friend'. He sent out some parchment and a long black quill, still making his way closer to the grounds. When he could see light coming through the trees at the edge of the forest he stopped and slid himself down to the ground with practiced ease, laying his back against a tree.

He then scrawled a note quickly before tieing it to the owls leg and launching it off into the air and watching it fly, fast as an arrow through the trees off to Adira.

Adira.. meet me in the forest.. now

He then sat back against the tree and sighed.. He wished he had brought food. and something more comfortable to lean on. And so these thoughts and other complaints ran through his mind as he sat there utterly bored.

Adira was pacing around the north Tower, she was a outcast here. No other Students we're like her. She did another turn and almost got knocked over by a Owl who was flying towards her. She grabbed the owl's Feet and ripped out the letter sending on its way. "Blasted Owls" she scolded and she opened the note. she crunched the note up in her hand and tucked it in her pocket ' who would want to see her'

Adira made her way through the gardens. crushing the flowers that were in her path. she walked around and straight into the forest, She didnt care if anyone followed her, she could easily loose them. She walked further into the forest till there was only little light.
"Smart note WHERE in the forest should i be going" she said out loud, she did a loop in a circle looking around

Alden's mind was still on food and a comfortable back support, thinking of how they should make portable back rests and... well some sort of food dispenser that would pop out life sized food, LIFE SIZED none of this mini crap. It was then Alden saw Adira make her way into the forest with a smile but thought he would let her find him. After she went around in circles a few times however it didn't seem likely. He hear her yell out in frustration and burst out laughing, "You know ive never been one for writing dear Adira". He called out to her when she neared him again.

Adira heard a voice, she knew that voice, she turned around and saw someones figure. "ALDEN" she screamed, She ran over to him jumping up latching her arms and legs around him, he was alot taller then her, she had Alot of growing to do is she was going to be Anywhere near as tall as any of them, she hugged him tightly. "I havnt seen you in Ages" she said squeesing him.

Taylor was sat in the gardens, for the second time that week enjoying some time to herself, a small book in her hand. She heard crunching noises and looked up curiously to see a girl storming through the flowers. Taylor frowned and stared after the girl, sending a glare at her back. Taylor got up, about to make her way back to the castle, having enough of reading, when she noticed the girl headed to the forest. Taylor took a step to the castle, but then raised an eyebrow curious. The girl then disappeared and that had Taylor turning and heading in the same direction as the girl. Pocketing the small book in her robe pocket, Taylor arrived on the edge of the forest, hidden by a large tree, she heard a conversation, but couldnt make out what was being said.

Alden let out a short muffled "Oof" as Adira hit him. He had almost forgotten her greetings and wasn't exactly prepared for it. "Good to see you to sis" He Wriggled into a more comfortable position under her and wrapped his arms around her also. Returning the hug in his more sloth like way. He heard a snap and moved his hand slightly towards Adira's back pocket where her wand would be held, though doing nothing really more. "Yeah... whats it been.. A year?".

Adira smiled "Just over a year" she said Happily. she squeesed him tighter, she missed him terribley. "Oh god Alden your in the forest, you moved" she joked tightening her grip again

Luxen manuevered throughout the woods, he'd been in hiding for a bit and had taken refuge in the Forest by the school waiting for something like this to occur, It had to be them the Death Eaters, they were the ones he wanted to find most in these woods as the Centaurs knew him to be a threat and dared not come near him. Luxen wore his Dementor's Cloak except with the hood down so that the fear that it caused would not be used. Luxen walked towards the pair with his dark smile. Away from his wife and son living in this dark forest had changed him somewhat, he had been used to the prestine marble floors of his shop for far too long and had forgotten just how dark he truly was, the malice and despair that he embodied. "Isn't this touching" Luxen said coldly as he stepped out to see the man and the child.

Taylor cringed as the snap of a twig sounded underneath her, through a small gap in the trees she noticed the boy reach for the wand placed in the girls back pocket, she wasnt afraid of the forest, she reached for her wand in her pocket and stepped forward. "Well, well, well." She said simply. She didnt know where she was going with this apperance, but she would soon find out. She caught sight of an older man and froze, he didnt look friendly, Taylor was pressed with a sudden urge to run, she hadnt been expecting another face apart from the other two people there.

Alden could barely breath for how tight she was hugging him and only noticed luxen the moment he turned up. At this Alden pulled the wand from her back pocket unknowingly and laid his hand on the ground. "And what is one such as you doing in this forest?" He asked in a neutral tone of voice. He then heard another persons voice. A childs voice. "Oh scat kid" He muttered to her before bringing his attention back to the man. Wasn't it the guy who owned The Silver Snake?

Luxen looked at the child who had appeared with cold eyes "I hate rude children" Luxen said as he pulled out his wand and pointed it at the child "I'm here because the rumors that have popped up about this forest seemed too interesting to pass up" Luxen said to the man "Only two types of people come into these woods, the foolish and the dark; these children belong to one catagory and we belong to the other I'm sure" Luxen said with a smile as he turned to look at the girl he quickly thought without humor or mercy 'Crucio'

Taylor looked back over to the boy, she sent him a glare. "And who are you to tell me what to do." She growled, keeping a firm hold on her wand. She had had enough of people telling her what to do, she found ever sinse her Mother's divorce she had began to stand her ground, more and more. Her thoughts were ripped from her as an excruciating pain ripped its way through her. She threw her head back and fell to her knees. Her mouth opened to scream, but not a sound came out, the pain too unbarable. She knew the man might be nasty, but never had she expected this. She curled forward, trying to push away the pain, but it seemed to keep building. It was like nothing she had ever felt before, nor could she think she could experience.

"Oh nice..Some of them Blasted Children have to much energy for there own Good. Staying indoors out of my way is the best possible thing they could do with there useless lives.. Nothing like Adira of course" He said motioning to his sister still on him, "But we were brought up together so who could expect any different."

He slowly moved out from Adira and up to a standing position and asked with a faded almost haunting smile, "Your...The owner of The Silver Snake... Luxen..Correct?". He looked over to the man waiting for a response.

Adira slid down out of her brother's arms and stood beside him. she watched the girl on the ground, she didnt care that much that she was on the ground in pain, her father told her never to show any emotion, but she didnt care anyway.

"what if I am?" Luxen said coldly to the young man, he may be older but he could still be just as useless as the children. Luxen looked at the girl on the ground, neither of the other two made any move to have her spared. It would probably be best to kill her and be done with it, however she might provide more use alive "You girl!" Luxen said coldly to the one behind the man "let's play a game" Luxen smirked coldly "do you know what's happening to your friend" Luxen bemused as he stared at her, perhaps she needed the same thing to truly understand...

Adira's Emerald eyes glared from the girl to the Man, she gritted her teeth, she hated being called 'girl' "I don't Have Friends" she said coldly as she looked down to the girl back to the Man. She never made friends at school. no one has ever understood her and she was fine having no friends. "A Game, if the Game involves anything your doing to her" she said gesturing to the girl with her head. "I believe i am fine"

Luxen smirked "not going to play" Luxen smirked coldly "well right now she is under the effects of an unforgivable curse, let's see if you know what this one is" Luxen said as he pointed his wand at the girl once more his face had a dark pleasure upon as he thought 'Imperio'. Then without saying a word he thought out the command 'Fill yourself with rage and kill the other girl by any means necessary. Teach her to respect Adults' Luxen looked at the man, daring him to prove who he was.

Taylor could hear voices, faint voices, but they were there. She didnt know what was happening, she barely remembered where she was. The pain suddenly subsided, she lay twitching slightly with all her muscles aching, then her head went light. She felt free, like she need not think at all. In fact, she didnt think she would. She stood, something told her to be angry. Who was that? Did it matter, she didnt have to think, so she would listen to this other voice. She turned to stare at this girl. She had done wrong, she didnt respect adults. She would pay, without thinking, she began walking towards the stupid, pathetic, worthless girl. She would kill her, she didnt know why, but it seemed like what she should do, the voice told her to, so thats what must be done.

Alden raised his eyebrow as he felt that something had changed about the kid. Then the thought hit him, "oh for gods-.." He flicked his sisters wand at Taylor and muttered with force, "Duro!" And sent the spell flying at her within a few moments of the wand being moved. He prided himself on his reflexes. He then pushed his sister behind him further before looking to see if the spell had hit, which surely it would.

Adira felt Alden pushing her behind him "Hey" she said stubbornly, she may only be 12, but she disliked beind pushed around. She looked at the girl watched to see if the spell hit her. "The Imperius Curse" she said answering his question

Alden looked over to stone child before him and muttered, "Pathetic child...." He had a half mind to blow the stone to rubble but thought that would be going a little too far. He didn't need that attention brought to him just yet. He looked over to luxen and said, "You can do spells without wording yes?" He let out a slight sigh and lent back against the tree. He never liked having to stand up by his own... far to much effort.

"Of course I can" Luxen said coldly, this boy was an idiot and not a Death Eater. He had failed Luxen's test miserably and now he and the other girl would die. "I've had enough, you do not posess the knowledge I want Fool" Luxen said with malice, these fools had cost Luxen time and patience and had made him come out of hiding, they would both have to pay dearly as Luxen pulled his hood over letting the fear his Dementor's Cloak gave off when worn cover the area. Pointing his wand towards the pair Luxen thought 'Deprimo' knowing that the Explosion spell that was even more powerfull then confringo would eliminate both idiots in the same strike as he moved back into the shadows.

(( this is legal right? ))

Oh well this makes things a damn sight harder. He was sure that Luxen would strike just after he had spoken so readied himself. He wouldn't have enough time for a counter he supposed by launching yourself out of the way might work. well... it would have to. Its the only thing they could really do. He felt the fear rush through him mingled with his own cursed thoughts then saw luxens wand rise. He grabbed his sister and launched them both as far to the side of where the want was pointing as he could. He felt a searing heat rush across his back. It wasn't confringo.. no.. much more powerful, perhaps Deprimo. He pushed his sister in front of him as they soared through the air so she would not be hurt. Then the heat mounted until he could feel the flesh burning from his back. they both crashed to the ground. and he let out a slight cry of pain.

Taylor felt a numbing pain in her neck and back, there was a conversation going on that she was vaguely aware of. She reached her hand up to rub her head. She remembered everything going black and not alot before that exept pain, alot of it and the desire to kill. She saw siloettes (sp) further away, she also felt a strong amount of fear. She tried to get up, but her back was as stiff as stone and allowed her to do nothing. Feeling more panic she wondered what was wrong. She was face down in the dirt of the dark place she was in, her head to the right. She reached out her arms, which she could still move and kicked at the dirt with her feet. She managed to slide a short distance along the floor of the forest, before she heard a bang, a flash and pain in her legs, as though they had been set on fire. Wanting to shriek, she managed to keep quiet, the last thing she wanted was those people to know she was there and not blacked out.
