After leaving the Great Hall, Aleyha was surprised when Professor Styx almost dropped her to the ground when they stopped at the Great Hall. The Parselmouth scrambled to her feet, and she snapped her cloak closed because she did not want everyone to see her blood splattered dress; both with fake and real blood though more of fake blood really. Aleyha stared at Professor Styx, almost pleading with him to take it easy on her and he got what he had coming to him. Aleyha was almost scared, but she did not know what was coming to her. She swallowed, feeling like she had swallowed sandpaper. Fenrir had managed to get back to her, and she bent down and scooped the snake into her arms, cradling it like a child. What was going to happen to her here and now? Aleyha wanted to beg to make sure that she doesn't get in too much trouble. But she had a feeling, there was nothing good coming out of this. Who would make it easy on a student that literally beat a professor who did not even fight back into a comatose state? Luckily though, Prodan was going to be treated at Saint Mungo's for his injuries, and should be back to teach within a week. It was Professor Hensel who took him to get treated. There wasn't much injuries, as much as there was just a broken nose, bruises and such. Aleyha stood in silence, in the presence of the Head of Slytherin House and the Headmaster. Her fate was unclear at this time, but the only sense of comfort she had was that perhaps Professor Styx would see things in her favor.

Roman Ivo made his way to the Entrance Hall, before he announced to Professor Styx, "That will be far enough, there is no need to waste an unneeded trip to the Office." Roman gripped his cane as his looming gray eyes waved over the girl that caused such a racket in the Great Hall, physically asaulting a professor while he was dressed up rather fashionably according to the subject he taught and for Halloween. Though the punishment awaits from Professor Styx. He was the Head of her house, and could send her to detention, a week's worth or a year's worth, it all depended. But this was a different case.

What Roman had come to understand was simple, she had caused trouble before, and this was a serious case. Roman stared over at Professor Styx, and he inquired deeply, "What do you think we should do to you? Physically assaulting a professor in a holiday feast. This matter is not to be handled with poor judgement." Roman would support any way necessary to get this matter done and over with. He was missing out on the feast. Perhaps this Slytherin girl would not know the results of the Halloween costume contest today.

After he practically dropped Aleyha on the ground once Roman Ivo had told him to, Kalif turned his onyx eyes to him for a moment, before he went to stare at Aleyha. There was fear in her eyes, and he could tell it. There was no need to go to the office. Aleyha Devearux had attacked a professor and sent him to get his injuries healed in Saint Mungo's. No amount of harsh detentions was going to cover that and he knew it. What he did not know was the outcome was he was going to do now. What he had to do. Choosing between family and the duties of his job was a little unnerving, never having to face that task before in his life. He never had an issue with giving his own son detention before he was sent off to Durmstrang. Kalif folded his arms across his chest, and he glanced over at Roman Ivo, and he shook his head. "I don't think there is any other option, Professor Ivo. This is a lot more serious than it should have been. Devearux, you have assaulted Professor Zhefarovich, what do you have to say for yourself?" His tone was colder than that of a glacier, and his onyx eyes showed that he was very much disappointed in her.

This was not going to be judged lightly, and the Headmaster himself would make sure of it. Aleyha may not have been scared when she was getting dragged away, but for once, she feared what was coming to her. But anger she had released did have enough remaining of it in her system to keep her from feeling what she truly felt. When she was questioned about what she had to say for herself, a part of her wanted to make sure that she was heard that it was not her fault. Another part wanted her to remain silent. Only one part ended up winning however. "Professor Zhefarovich had what was coming to him. He shouldn't have spoken to me like that! Look, just give me detention and I promise that I'll behave!" But Aleyha had to just wait for her final judgement. This was the last time that she had attacked anyone as viciously, and this time, it was a professor and that made the matters just so much worse than it would have been if it was someone, like another student.

Roman's eyes went to Devearux once more, and then he gazed over to Professor Styx. He trusted the Head of her house to do what was needed. With a small nod of his approval to do whatever it means necessary, Roman assumed that this would be the last night this girl would ever spend in this castle. Roman murmured, "Best have a good look around you, Miss Devearux." Roman did not think that detention would really be worth the wasted time, not on a case like this.

"Empty promises, Devearux, is all I hear," coldly said the Slytherin Head of House. He tapped his gloved finger against his arm as he got the nod of approval. Kalif knew that there was only one punishment that would settle this for good. There was only one. And Roman had already started the first part of the punishment process. Now Kalif had to finish it. He finally said, "Get your things, I expect you out of the school and on the train home, tonight. Your wand." Once he received that, he handed it to Roman for him to deal with for the time being. Once someone was expelled from Hogwarts, typically their wand was snapped in half. Kalif would oversee this situation, and then he would go back to the feast with the Headmaster, and go about celebrating the night. This turned out to be an interesting day, and a first for something like this. It was his duty to maintain the Slytherins, and this was just another task for Kalif.

Aleyha was almost mortified. Professor Styx, the Head of Slytherin, took her wand away and told her to get out of Hogwarts. She had handed him her wand with trembling hands, and for attacking a professor - and his brother - she had to seriously pay the consequences. She would never learn how to apparate in school with her peers. She would never learn to patronus charm with her peers. She would have to rely on others once she got another wand. Never had she felt this before. Hogwarts New Zealand was the last hope to have Aleyha ever sway to the good side, and that was severed with just those eighteen words. And Professor Ivo agreed to the terms of punishment. Bowing her head, she watched the two men make their way to the Great Hall. She found her way to the dorm room, packed her things and she felt almost vulnerable without any way to magically arm herself. She got her things, every last bit of them, in her trunks. She wheeled them out of the dungeons, and out of the school. She turned her red eyes to get a last look of the school. She gave the glorious rude gesture of one finger before she stomped to the path to the Express, to go home. Aleyha Megan Devearux was expelled from Hogwarts New Zealand, if not the first student ever to be expelled from that school.
