I've got sunshine on a cloudy day.

Amanda smiled, she loved hearing compliments like really any girl, but compliments are the way to her heart. " And no one will ever compare to you, your perfect." Amanda kissed his cheek. " I'm going to miss you through the week." . Amanda put her face onto his shoulder, how on earth was she going to go through this week without him. " Of course we can text eachother." Amanda looked at him.

"I'll miss you too, and I'll call whenever I can..." Austin smiled softly. He wouldn't be able to call more than once a day, but that to him was enough. Of course he would rather her be near him to touch and to hold, but phones would have to do for a while. Well the weekends were even more of something to look forward to now. "Distance makes the heart stronger! Just..." The blonde looked at his person and pat it down. Then, he took off his drawstring necklace. On it were two guitar picks. He untied it and took off one of the picks, handing the necklace over to Amanda. "Here."

Amanda smiled and took the necklace, that was literally the most amazing thing that anyone ever gave her. " One part goes to me to hold and the other stays on you, two halves that make a whole." The brunette grinned and leant down to kiss Austin on his lips.

Austin tied the necklace to her neck and smiled even more than before. "I'm glad you got what I was trying to get at." He lent up and kissed her, playing with her hair. He'd definitely have to write her a song if he kept feeling so ecstatic. But he wasn't sure if he could just come up with something so quickly.

Amanda leant her head down and kissed Austin. She couldn't wait to be with him in California and at her house, this was just going to be the best. She lifted her head back up, there were peolple watching them, " These people must've never seen a kiss then, right on then, I'll show them a proper one." Amanda smirked. She cupped his face and leant down to him, kissing him full on the lips.

Austin made a muffled squeak and kissed back. Though all the while he was nervous. He hadn't really kissed a girl in a while, let alone went steady with one. It didn't phase him at all that they were in public though; he always was one to like public displays of affection. It really meant that people just weren't ever afraid to show how they felt. Plus, Austin couldn't help but be protective.

Amanda smiled, after she broke apart from Austin. It had seemed to be that people had left, " Shows them right." The brunette laughed, she was really her bubbly self with Austin. Amanda stood up, " Shall we go on a walk kind sir?" She reached for her bag and put it on her shoulder. " Maybe, just maybe this girl will get a condo in California after she graduates." The brunette smiled, looking over at him.

Austin stood and collected his jacket, putting it around Amanda's shoulders and then wrapping a protective arm around her. This night just got better and better. But his ears perked when she suggested getting an apartment in California. "Maybe! I don't want you to jump too far ahead though." He laughed and kissed her head, "Not that I wouldn't love you to be in California with me."

Amanda laughed, " It'd be perfect for me because my sister and one of my brother's lives there, plus it's nice and warm. And I can't forget there are some palm trees and a special boy there." She felt his jacket go on her, " Aw, thank you Austin, it's like your know a girl's body temperatures." The brunette laughed. " Plus ever since I was little I wanted to move to California and just live life where it takes me." The petite girl shrugged her shoulders, California was a dream place to her. It was just perfect that her dream boy lived there.

"Ah and the beaches, I can take you shopping... Anything you want I'll take you to go do or see..." Austin grinned. The only thing he wanted to do was to make Amanda happy. Now he just couldn't help it. It was sort of a primal urge within him to please people, and yet it always seemed to blow up in his face. He just never knew why. It was unfair, yes, but that was the way that life went and he couldn't complain. If he ever did complain it was an extremely rare occurrence and would probably not happen in the presence of the same person for a long while after.

Amanda had a huge grin on her face, Austin just made her really happy. " You're so sweet Austin, that's why I really like you. But there's one place that I really would like to see," She held back a little laugh, " I really really would love to go see Disneyworld, I've never been, but everyone says that it's wonderful." It sounded a little bit kidish, but who would give up Disneyworld?
