I've got sunshine on a cloudy day.

"Aw crazy sisters are fun though." Austin laughed and closed it off with a snort, only to turn five different shades of pink. He hated when he snorted. It was always embarrassing. After a while he tried to regain his composure, "W-Well I don't think you'd want a younger sister sometimes.. They can get really annoying and clingy, not saying that you're like that of course." He coughed and mentally slapped him. The usually smooth talking boy was turning into a pile of absolute mush. But he did manage to give a laugh at her joke.

Amanda had to agree, her older sister was a bundle of fun to be around. She giggled at his snort, it was quite cute coming from a male. " I just want to see what it's like." The brunette laughed, she could see that he was a bit nervous around her. Amanda looked at the shops around them and the lights at night. It was really nice. " So when do you go back to California so I can make a proper visit?" She smiled over at him.

Austin nodded and smiled, "Well maybe you'll meet my family some day, eh?" It was a far of thought, but a nice one to him. After all very few people (out of his friends) even got to meet his family. The lights around them only added to the scene, a nice addition. "Well I'm leaving pretty soon... Well I'm going back to Cali in a couple of days actually." But now that he had met such a nice girl he wasn't sure if he wanted to leave just yet. But she could visit easily. He didn't even know why it was bugging him so much.

Amanda nodded, she liked that idea. " And you can meet my Brady bunch family too." The brunette laughed alongside her joke. " You are? That sucks, I have to go back too.. but I really don't want too." The brunette lowered her head and sighed. " I can come visit you next weekend or the one after? Every weekend I have free." She started to smile at the idea of that.

"I'd love that.." Austin snickered and felt his hand brush against the others. Yes, that was the cheesiest thing to ever happen to him, but it felt nice. Maybe Amanda could be a really good friend, maybe even more. But one thing was clear, he definitely wanted her to visit him. "You can come visit every weekend if you wanted to, Amanda." He grinned at her playfully and hugged her from the side. After all having her around more often would seem so cool.

Amanda laughed, " We can cause havoc in California if you want to." The brunette really laughed at that. She couldn't see herself doing something silly, but it was worth the try. " Aw, Austin I'll come visit you for sure, and I'll bring my guitar and serenade you." Amanda joked. She held onto his side. " Won't your mom be confused as to why I'm there? Just a random Irish girl in her house." She laughed, she was really laughing a lot around Austin.

Austin grinned, "Havoc in California that doesn't come from punk skaters? I think the citizens would be happy!" His mind was already buzzing with ideas of what they could do. He could take her shopping, maybe even to a nice movie or two. "Maybe my mom would be confused. She'd probably think that you were my girlfriend or something." The boy teased her and kept an arm around her waist. The thought of her in California with him was really nice. That way he'd have a person that was around his age to hang out with.

Amanda laughed, " I'm all for it then." She put one hand at her side and the other on his shoulder. Amanda felt a bond between them, like they were getting closer and closer. " So I'm going to visit you then, and the weekend after you can come visit my house in Ireland." Amanda said super happily.

Austin laughed with her and was ecstatic that she agreed with him. Getting along with Amanda just seemed too easy. There had to be some catch to her, but at the same time he didn't want to think about that. "Oh, are your parents or siblings going to be a little confused? After all it's a random boy in your house in Ireland." Teasing her was fun too.

Amanda laughed, " Well my father is going to wonder how I found out about you, Caysi is going to ask how I'm friends with a famous musician, my other sisters will be confused, my brothers will act protective but secretly hate me for being friends with someone famous." She smiled, " My family is used to randomness, and whole lot of it."

"Ah." Austin nodded and laughed, "Well, it'll be an interesting story to tell, right?" He hoped that this would be a memorable time for her, but maybe it was boring. He honestly had no idea what to think by this point. He walked the girl over to a nice bench, right by cute shops and a street lamp. It was a perfect spot to just sit and relax. "So they wouldn't think anything of me? No secret suspicions of a puppy-love between us?"

Amanda laughed, it would be an interesting story to tell them. Her heels had been hurting her a bit, so the bench looked like a nice place for her to be at the moment. " Of course everyone would suspect that, they'd tease me and taunt me, but that's ok." Amanda smiled, she was used to being teased and taunted.

Austin took off his jacket and put it down, just in case the bench was wet or something, then sat down next to it. He had only done that so her dress wouldn't get wet, but now he probably looked like he wet himself. For once he didn't mind. "Aww I don't want them to tease you though." The singer smirked. "But hey, if I have to pretend to be your boyfriend I will."

Amanda found Austin really sweet. She sat on his jacket mostly because he made it take up almost the whole bench. " Oh it's alright, I'm used to it, I'm the baby remember?" Amanda blushed at what he had said. " Maybe we don't have to pretend then.." She turned her head and giggled.

"What, you'd be interested in being my girlfriend for real then?" Austin questioned, an eyebrow raised in amusement and excitement. He hadn't expected that at all, but he wasn't complaining. "No is an acceptable answer but I'm just wondering, you know?" From then he was blushing softly, though wouldn't ever admit it.

Amanda nodded, " I really like you, you have an amazing personality, you're laid back and you know when to joke." She really truthfully did like Austin. " Well would you consider being my boyfriend for real?" She smiled and blushed.

Austin grinned and put an arm around her. "Well let's see... There's this girl I just met, and she's sweet, smart... musical, not a crazy fan, and knows how to make me laugh." He paused for a long while, "And then she just asked me if I'd even consider being with her.. Wow. Well I think I would obviously be her boyfriend." He blushed and smiled at her, happy that he did stay for that extra show that night.

Amanda was happy that her friends made her come to this show, she was really happy with Austin. " Well I was hoping that this wonderful guy would take my request, and ever so happily he did, which makes this girl extra, super happy.. if that's a word." Amanda shrugged her shoulders. " Oh Mr. Austin Kirkland, what would I have done if I didn't meet you?" She looked over at him, her smile widening.

"Super happy is only a word if you let the boy use the word super duper happy." Austin gave her a boyish grin, pulling her in closer to him on the bench. "So, this girl.. Can that boy call her his girlfriend or what?" The blonde boy couldn't help but feel happy about this. Who wouldn't? Though he laughed when she questioned what would have happened if they hadn't met. "Well, we would've met somewhere else! Fate has a weird way of working out sometimes Amanda."

" Getting tricky are we? How about super duper wonderfully happy." She stuck out her tongue, inching closer to Austin. " Yes, this boy can totally call this girl his girlfriend, and this girl is assuming that this boy will be her boyfriend?" Amanda blushed, lowering her eyes. " We probably would've met in California, me singing at the beach." The brunette laughed.

"This boy would be amazingly super duper wonderfully happy to have you as a girlfriend. I'm not sure about this other girl though." Austin chuckled and gave her a quick peck on the lips. This night was just turning more and more perfect with every passing moment. Though now he actually had to worry about what his house looked like for when she came over.

" Wonderful, this girl is happy." Amanda gave him a quick kiss on the lips after he gave her one. " Is paparazzi going to follow us in California? Because I'm going to have to ask those Russian guys at my school to show me a thing or two." She put her fists up and laughed. Wow, could this be any better?

"I can dodge them." Austin smiled and held her close, "But hey, learning to defend yourself is never a bad thing. Though I'm not saying to go ask that guy for help, I can protect you." This was just his pride speaking, though he would be able to protect her if he really tried. It would just take a while for him to gain courage. Nonetheless he would.

Amanda smiled, " Oh I know you can, I need to learn myself too." She nodded. Even though Durmstrang was a tough school and all, Amanda didn't know how to really protect herself. " Plus I have to learn to fight off other girls for you, can't let them have you." She said truthfully, putting her hand on his leg.

Austin lent in and kissed her again. "No girl can compare to you now, you know." Then he scooped her up and into his lap, "I mean, you're perfect in every way shape and form." The boy just couldn't wait for the weekend now. After all that week without her was going to be so painful! Though now he actually had to worry about meeting her family... That was going to be interesting.
