Kate ran up the steps to the owlery it was becoming a daily occurence for Kate.This tiime she was writing a letter to her brother Ryan of what she had heard from her mum he sounded like he was having a good time but her mother had said he had wanted to ask them something so Kate and Sara had agreed to write to him she walked in to the room and sat down on the window sill she was first which gave her some time to go over her letter

Sara ran up the steps to the owlery, bumping into her sister, as she jumped to her usual perch. "Whoa-sorry Kate!" she exclaimed, getting down. "Here's my letter." she smiled, handing it to her sister.

Kate walked up the steps again and walked into the room "Yes I beat you this time Sara"Kate said smiling she saw the owl sitting on its perch.she walked over and read the letter she smiled when she read the letter "You have a girlfriend already"Kate said to herself she sat down and started to write her own letter

Kate tied the letter to the owls leg and watched it fly away she knew she should of waited for Sara but she thought Ryan would want to know about Danielle fast enough she sat down on the windowsill and waited for sara
