Hi John,
We've been nothing but welcoming to you as a community, and nothing but accommodating of you as a site staff.
You were sorted after sorting closed[note]and asked to not draw attention to it, then proceeded to anyway[note], and had plenty of personal contact with administrators.
Your applications were given expedited feedback (far from the standard 2+ week wait time - even more since I'm away right now), and you were encouraged to think through your ideas further, delve more into research, and present whole ideas for approval.
The fact of the matter is that HNZ could not run and would not be where it is today if anybody could do anything they think of. We try to make it as close to that as we can without letting everything run amok.
Can a character have multiple personalities? Sure. But you need to show you're going to portray the disorder with a certain amount of accuracy and grace. You need to know what you're getting in to, and we need to know that you can handle it. That's where the applications come in.
Unfortunately, when asked difficult questions (like "When did your character develop a second personality? Why?") you shied away - any amount of research on this specific disorder, however, indicates that there was some highly traumatic event which caused the splintered personality to appear. This is but one example of where our concerns were high and you met us with defensiveness instead of answers or a promise of more research.
I wish you the best of luck in your own projects and finding a community that will accept all of your ideas. However, if you believe that every idea you have should be implementable no matter the consequences to the site, or to people on the site who may be affected by the things you desire to (potentially inaccurately) portray, then you may be right in that HNZ is not the place for you.
