Hufflepuff Quidditch Practice Y51 S1

Juni glanced to Leena and then to Henri, seeing as neither of them took possession once the Quaffle was thrown back she went for it.
 
Mary Paige thought she saw the snitch and decided to fly after whatever she saw. It would at least give her something to do.
 
Juni had the Quaffle tucked under her arm and she did a little loop just to throw the keeper on his toes but ultimately her shot missed. Again.
 
As Mary Paige got closer, she realized what she had seen actually was the snitch. The Hufflepuff leaned into her broom, speeding towards the golden ball as it fluttered about. Within a few moments, she grasped it within her hand. She held it up so their captain could see and then let it go, glad to have caught it during practice in case she had to play in a game.
 
Tarquin aimed at the seeker, and this time successfully hit @Sofi Ayre with a bludger. He had to practice focusing his hits more, but was pleased one came off alright.
 
Tarquin flew off to hit more bludgers, feeling pretty good.
 
henri fell in behind Juniper when she took the quaffle again.
 
Juniper considered passing the Quaffle to Henri but ultimately made the choice to try and score. It was in vain though because she clearly had no luck nor skill as the Quaffle was blocked easily.
 
Henri took the quaffle when it was tossed back out after juniper tried to score.
 
Mary Paige watched the snitch disappear, confused how it managed to do that so easily, and took a moment to look around at what was going on.
 
Henri attempted to score but his shot went completely wide.
 
In the space of what felt like seconds, the other seeker caught the snitch and Sofi was hit by a bludger. She rubbed her painful side and gave the beater responsible an understanding smile, even though she knew that was going to bruise later.
 
Sofi's side hurt.
 
Doyle was almost relieved when the first year chaser managed to get one past him. He gave her an smile before chasing the quaffle down and throwing it back. He didn't even feel bad about missing the catch. It helped he blocked the next few shots. He raced after Herni's shot and tossed it back towards the chasers again.
 
Tarquin flew after bludgers, in his own world.
 
The snitch was nowhere to be seen
 
Juni noted that nobody else was going for the Quaffle when Doyle threw it back in so with a shrug she figured she might as well do so. With the Quaffle tucked under her arm Juni considered how she could throw Doyle off just a little to get her score in.
 
Sofi thought she saw something in the distance.
 
Juniper swerved slightly, in her head it made sense, she’d seen someone do it before… at least she thought she had. Still a little unsteady from swerving to the right she threw the Quaffle with all her might and watched as it sailed through cleanly. Her eyes widened slightly and she looked around her, wondering if anyone else saw it or if she’d imagined it all.
 
Sofi suspected it was the snitch that she accelerated towards it.
 
Juniper figured that since none of her fellow Chasers were going for the Quaffle it'd be rude not to pick it up as it was thrown back into play. That and the fact that she was now fully convinced she'd imagined the score, so she had to prove herself she could do it by doing it again.
