If he was thinking straight and not acting like the complete idiot he sometimes is, he would have been staying in his room planning and scheming things. But not just any kind of thing. He should be planning on how to make up with Taylor and scheming how to propose to her. Well, after the Halloween stunt that Miah had pulled off that had made the hot-headed Conan raging like a forest wildfire, he had not talked to his girlfriend. He didn't know if it was pride that led him to refuse talking to her for days or if it was just because he was a big idiot and an oversized coward that he knew not how to actually approach her. Especially after he gave her the ring. It was not just a ring after all. It was the ring that Conan had spent hours finding and who knows how much money. He was supposed to propose to her that night after all and make their engagement official. Taylor had already proposed, well, more like demanded, that he marry her and while the Hufflepuff was all too willing comply to her wishes, he wanted to make it official. Make it known that she was off-limits to anyone but him. But that night just had to be ruined drastically that ended up with him just blatantly handing the engagement ring to his girlfriend which he was sure she would have been totally confused for. But he was still thankful though that she was wearing it even if its not on her finger and instead as a necklace.

Of course he knew, because even if he had been avoiding her for a bit and not talking to her, didn't mean that she could actually stay away from her. Wherever she was, she was always within a three-meter radius, acting as if a ninja on a mission. Hiding and sneaking around to keep an eye on her and possibly threaten any guy that come close to her that has less or more than friendly reasons. On this particular day, he was out in the Pitch, standing beside the stands and attempting to hide himself from his flying girlfriend. She was practicing alone so he knew that she was frustrated, or possibly angry, with him but he just couldn't blatantly show himself in front of her and expect to make-up and accept his proposal, could he? Conan loved her and he knew she loved him back, and they had expressed it in more than one instance. Particularly why he wanted to make it memorable, special. But with his idiotic thinking and since he spent more time following Taylor like a lost puppy, he hasn't actually come up with a way to propose to her. Well, he just hoped that an idea would come to him soon, because he totally missed her and with her flying while he remained rooted on the ground, she seemed like an angel that was way too high for him to reach.

There were so many reasons for Taylor Blare to be frustrated or in any kind of bad mood. However, the one really important reason that she was frustrated this particular day, was her supposed loving boyfriend, Conan Edogawa. He had been avoiding her on purpose, however she knew he was still around her, she could just tell. Sometimes she would catch him and he would take off, only to come back later when he thought she wasn't looking. To be quite honest, she had gotten annoyed enough, that she had to fly to keep her mind off of it. The events of Halloween might have been hard for him to deal with, but she was the one who had been caught in the middle of it all. That Jeremiah boy had kissed her. He hadn't kissed Conan. Taylor still didn't even know why. All of these things were happening around her and she was so out of the loop. She had no idea what was even happening. She still had no idea why he had even done it. She had kind of just tuned out. She was so mad, she wasn't even sure it was safe for her to be in the same room as that boy anymore. Not because she was worried what he would do to her, but because she was completely insane over it all and she was worried about what she would do to him. He deserved nothing less and a kick to the face if she was quite honest and he sure as hell deserved a lot more then that too.

Conan had been no prized saviour either. He'd just dragged her down the corridor, deposited a ring in her hand and then taken off. Not exactly the typical knight in shining armour. He didn't even bother to wait for her. He just took off and she hadn't seen him for ages afterward. Then he started avoiding her. It actually really hurt her. She had been left lost and confused after that kiss and all she had wanted was the reassurance that Conan didn't blame her for what had happened. Maybe even an explanation about why it had happened. She had thought that they were making up, like she had with Ai. They had seemed to be making up and then Jeremiah Raven goes and randomly plants one on her in public! Taylor wasn't sure what she was more upset about, the kiss, or the way she was being treated by the one person she thought would always be there for her. Her "boyfriend", "fiancee" or whatever they were now, apparently had other ideas about it all though, considering she had ended the night crying into the pillow of her dorm. So what if she had one "most creative" that wasn't important at all. She only cared that she had needed Conan, she had needed someone who always understood, but he hadn't been there. He had been so preoccupied with his own problems, he'd left Taylor alone. It didn't matter that she was used to being on her own, or that she could handle herself. She should have been able to choice, but he had not given her the choice. Taylor had seen more of that incorigible d*ckhead, then she had seen of the Hufflepuff and that was just not okay. She had seen more of Ai, then she had seen of her fiancee and Taylor was as mad as hell. The next time she saw Conan, she was going to give him a piece of her mind, rip him a new one, he wasn't getting any sympathy, nothing, from her.

Being out on the pitch, up in the air, it was the only calming activity she could even think of for this. Flying for her took less effort then thinking, it took very little effort to do something she had been doing since second year. It was automatic. She was on autopilot. She didn't have to consciously actually do anything but feel the wind in her hair and the open expansive of beautiful, calming, blue sky. She had her hair down for this. Normally it would be in a ponytail, or a plait, but because she was alone up here, she didn't have to worry so much. It was times like this that she both adored and hated that her hair was so long. She loved to play with it and she knew that Conan liked her hair, but she was so mad at him that she had half a mind to chop off all of her hair, just to spite him. In fact, she knew a couple of girls in her year that were good with those kinds of spells, she could ask them to do it for her. They'd helped her with certain aspects of her costume at one point, so why not? It's not like Conan would care, he'd probably just leave her stranded in a god damn corridor again. He had no say in her life, right now, she was that mad. He rarely had much say anyway, but she had always been willing to listen to him, right now however, he could tell her that the sky right in front of him was blue and she wouldn't listen to a word he was saying. That was his punishment for being such an arsehole. Her Aunt had warned her about these things. Taylor had never listened, since they had that massive fight before, she had thought that they had sorted out all of their problems, but apparently not.

Coming around for another sweep, she thought she spotted someone, Conan maybe, standing near the stands and trying to hide themselves. They were doing a delightfully terrible job and to be honest, Taylor was going to completely ignore them, until she remembered that the pitch was currently off limits and that she felt in the mood to take someone's points away. Turning her broom around and heading towards the ground, Taylor stopped her broom just before it hit the ground and jumped off, brushing her hair over her shoulder and straightening up her clothing. As it turned out, she had seen Conan. She didn't even look at him, she just went about fixing up her broom, her back to him. "The Pitch is off limits for anyone not on the team. You have two minutes to leave, or I am getting a Professor." Or better yet, Ai. She could get the boys sister to take points surely. She bent over the broom slightly to inspect it, all the while completely ignoring the fact that Conan was behind her. She was mad enough at him that she didn't even want to acknowledge who he was. This was all his fault. She had been having such a lovely flight too.

Somewhere in the back of his mind, Conan had hoped that he would get the chance to talk to Taylor today and he had most certainly least expected that that little wish would actually come true. Well, he had been trying to hide from her of course until he could actually come up with a way to make-up with her properly and added to that was the proposal he planned to do. And it was just getting more and more complicated in his mind. What was he trying to do anyway?! Think of a way to propose before he could even make up with her?! Well, maybe he could make-up with her but he was quite sure that he would be having trouble with this circumstance. He knew her after all, and with the weight of what he did, he was quite sure that she would be giving him a hard time. He really was an idiot, that much he knew. The Hufflepuff knew that he should have paid more attention to what she felt about the whole situation instead of just blindly rushing off and letting anger and rage overtake him. That however was what happened because he knew why Miah had kissed Taylor and it had taken him all his self-control to not burst that he had left her.

He knew his mistake though and he acknowledged it down to his very core. But apparently, he still had quite the problem with his girlfriend. Right now though, Conan could do nothing but watched her as she flied on her broom, practicing her skills that she had honed so perfectly, well, at least that's what was happening until she saw him and frankly, she was definitely not happy when she saw him. He knew Taylor was angry and she had every right to be. But that didn't make the whole situation any less hard or horrible. And hell could he feel her anger radiating from where he was standing. She was not even looking at him! He really did it now. Sure they had a couple of fights before but never to the extent that Taylor can't actually stand to look at him. So that's how it felt when being ignored. It was certainly not appreciated and though he knew how much of a hypocrite he was being, he just couldn't help it. The Asian winced at the brunette's words. Was she serious? Calling a professor? Well, while he certainly didn't want to cost his house for the mistake and the fight he was having with Taylor. He sighed and scratched the back of his neck while thinking of a way to remedy this. Where the heck was he even going to start?! "L-look, Taylor... I... I'm really sorry. For everything," the Hufflepuff said as he looked at her, his eyes almost pleading her to look at him. Well, he might as well risk everything to make up with her.

Whether it was just his presence annoying her now, or that fact that he was attempting to apologise, rather dismally to be quite honest, Taylor didn't care, she was too preoccupied with the care of her broom to even consider making eye contact with him. The anger she felt over the incident a couple of days ago had yet to subside and this meant that Taylor was not ready to hear whatever her boyfriend... that Hufflepuff had to say. Her movements became more forced as she realised he wasn't even apologising properly. Just saying "for everything" wasn't going to cut it. Did he even know what she was mad about? Apologising in a group was not the way to go at this point, not at all, and if Taylor wasn't so angry with him, she would have turned around and told him so, because quite frankly he was being beyond rude right now and Taylor was not going to stand for it. Not at all. She could almost feel his gaze on her as she went about her business. To be honest, it was rather unsettling and Taylor wanted him to stop, but she knew that she wouldn't be able to persist like this if he did stop watching her. It would mean she would have to actually turn around and talk to him and that was not something she was willing to do at this point.

Taylor carefully started to fix the bristles on her broom as she continued to ignore Conan. It was hard, because she wasn't usually the type of person who could just ignore someone. Especially seeing as she actually had missed Conan, she was just really angry at him right now though. Shaking her head, to get rid of all thought of forgiving him, Taylor walked around to the other side of the broom, so that she was facing Conan, but she did not look at him. Instead she remained entirely focussed on her broom, but she wasn't sure how long she could fake having something to do. The broom was all but fine now and she was going to have to finish up at some point, she couldn't stay out here forever. Though she supposed she could be doing it wrong, seeing as she was still very angry over the whole incident. Maybe if he hadn't have run off she wouldn't have been so angry about it all. However he had run off and she couldn't change that fact now. He had left her to deal with everything on her own. How was she supposed to trust him, she didn't know if he was going to do it again. What if something major happened! "This area is off limits to students not on the Quidditch team. I'm afraid I have to ask you to leave."

This was really getting to be a problem and now Conan could see dead-on one of his mistakes. How could he think of proposing to her if he can't even make-up with her. Taylor was obviously boiling, smoking, emitting and producing rage! He would bet that no one on her bad side would dare approach her right now. Well, maybe except Ai. But that sister of his was crazy and insane so it would be no wonder that she'd have the guts to confront the Gryffindor in this state. However, he was not that crazy, nor suicidal for that matter. He wanted to make-up with her and apologize. He wanted to show her how sorry he was for leaving her. He knew he was stupid and an idiot for more times than he would care to count but that didn't make it an excuse for him leaving her in a time that she would have needed him. He knew Taylor was strong, but just about as strong as any human could get. He loved her strength and yet he wanted to be there for her whenever that strength would evaporate, and yet during the Halloween event, he wasn't there. In fact, he was the one who left her alone to deal with it and he had been an idiot to do so. And now he was paying the price with his girlfriend standing in front of him, refusing to talk to him and look at him. It was seriously as hard as going to hell and back.

He couldn't help but wince when Taylor had just repeated what she had said earlier. It meant that she really was serious about this whole thing, not that Conan thought she was joking of course. He really had to make it up to her and he couldn't very well do that if she was so dead set on ignoring him and sending him out of the Pitch. "So, if I get into a Quidditch team then will you talk to me, please? I'm really sorry about leaving you," he said and while the first part he said was going to be thought of as a joke or an insult, he was actually pretty serious about it. He knew Quidditch, he could play, the only problem is that he wasn't actually a part of the Quidditch team since he had stubbornly refused to join and try-out. But if it meant talking to Taylor, then he'll be more than happy to drag Ai and beg her to let him try-out to be a member of the house team even for just fifteen f**king minutes. He was that desperate to make-up with her. Well, while he was not a member of the house team though, he would have to leave the Pitch. And so he did. He walked out of there after his apology and left Taylor alone.

As soon as he was out of the Pitch though, his whole body not even a foot away from the entrance of it, he brought out his wand and cast Sonorus upon himself. Well, at least he wasn't inside the Pitch and he could still talk to her. Never mind hearing her. What's important for him was that she could hear him. "Look, Taylor. Please hear me out. I've been a jerk and a major **shole and I know that," he said while the charm was cast upon him making his voice amplified greatly. He was sure that a lot of people could hear him right now and that he was attracting a lot of attention. He couldn't care less though. As long as she hears him, then the only problem would be if she actually listens. "I shouldn't have left you to deal with it alone and that was really, really, really stupid of me. I let my anger get the best of me that night and left you and I'm sorry," Conan said sincerely and hoping that his girlfriend was actually listening. He missed her a lot and he just wanted to hug her and kiss her and spend time with her again. "I don't wanna lose you again. I love you," the Hufflepuff said and waited. He didn't know what he was waiting for. Anything. Something. Her rage. Her swearing. Her screaming. Anything.
