Being a third year came with its own set of challenges, particularly the relentless homework that seemed to follow Teddy wherever he went. Striking a balance between classes and Quidditch proved to be no easy feat either, yet Teddy was determined not to falter on either front. And because Teddy was incredibly smart, he had enrolled in every single class, which also meant he was swimming in an ocean of homework that not everyone had chosen to subject themselves to—everyone except Audrey. She appeared to handle the same pressures as Teddy with much greater ease, at least she did in front of him.

Nevertheless, Teddy persisted. He was ultimately learning about all sorts of things that could prove essential in the future, opting to keep his options open and narrow them down later when he had a clearer idea of his interests. As for Quidditch, Teddy had arrived for training early to complete his essay before training started. He had knelt uncomfortably on the floor, his parchment resting on the bench in front of him as he finished the last paragraph when he heard the changing room door open.

Santiago never would have expected quidditch to be one of his favorite things at school. But it was a good place to take out his frustrations on some bludgers. And he always seemed to have some frustrations. He was rarely on time to class but he was usually a little early to practice. Today he didn't seem to be the first one as he spotted Teddy. "I think there's more comfortable places to write an essay." he said with a dry laugh.

Teddy looked up, a small smile playing on his lips as he glanced over at Santiago. "Yeah, you're probably right, the Keeper pads help though" he chuckled, adjusting his position slightly. "Homework has been relentless recently." He continued, deciding to cut his essay short a few sentences earlier than he planned.
