The older children along with others were safely off to school, with the help of the loving Nataliia Mirela Snow. She loved all the children in the Snow Manor, where she was currently. Right now, Nataliia was putting her newest triplets to sleep, little Timothee, Valor and Dominique. They were just a few months old now, and Nataliia managed to get her lean and slender body back after much work outs and toning. She kissed the tops of their heads, her motherly instincts radiating off of her. She was glad to have taken a break from getting pregnant, but she could not help but miss it still. The feeling of cradling another child deep within her skin. Nataliia decided to wait though, because from now on, if she were to get pregnant, there would have to be a way or something to keep her from having multiples. It ran within both bloodlines, of the father and her husband and from her grandmother's side of the family. Nataliia was almost afraid of having children again, but she loved the feeling. Nataliia waved her hand and the candles dimmed in the room to allow her three angels some sleep. Now to catch the quadruplets and Joanna to put them down for a nap as well. With help from a few other Snow members, Nataliia was able to round up the quadruplets and Joana. Oh the terrible twos had settled in rather well.

After a long while of settling down her children, her oldest to be precise, she was tired. She changed her clothing into a purple and white gown, and left her hair wavy and sweeping the skin that was revealing upon her upper back and shoulders gently. Nataliia walked down the corridors, sighing as they had redecorated once more. Ever since that night with Noah, things have not been quite right for her. That night was a complete mistake, and she would give anything to own a timeturner and just turn back time to prevent it from ever happening. But losing her three children would still be devastating to her. That touch that Noah had pleased her more than Alphonse ever had in the past. But that did not change the fact that she was in love with Alphonse still. Nataliia just wanted to forget about that situation and just move on with her life. Nataliia glanced around with her liquid silver eyes, and she smiled lightly, as she saw someone walk down the corridors. However, Nataliia heard something that she was not used to hearing. A door was cracked open, obviously someone was inside. Nataliia stopped her walking and went in the room to investigate. Her eyes fell on someone, and she frowned, her usual happy attitude just melted at the sight. Nataliia wanted nothing more but to run, but she was frozen on the spot.

Alphonse stood inside his office staring out the window and onto the backyard of the Snow Manor. The room was mostly dark except for the roaring fire in the fireplace and the little light coming from the window since it was nearly dark outside. He wasn't watching anything particular except for a few of his family members wandering around in the garden. He supposed they were either cousins of his or something, there were more than seventy people in this house so honestly he forgot who was who from time to time. Alphonse had been spending all his time in his office, and he actually hadn't been back for very long either but whatever time wasn't spent sleeping on the couch on his office he was usually staring out the window and just thinking to himself. Most of his family probably hadn't seen him in quite some time so they had either forgotten he was around or just didn't care where he was anymore. It didn't matter because he wasn't their head anymore anyways, they had cast him aside so why should he bother to care about any of them? Let the Zhefarovich's worry about them until Theodore took the position of head. Alphonse was pretty sure he'd enjoy watching the lot of them fail at what he had spent so many years trying to do. There were so many dark and horrible secrets that came with this family and once Theodore knew of them Alphonse was sure his son would panic like never before. Alphonse did not raise that boy to know how to deal with situations such as those. Would he and Alyssa be able to handle exactly what has been hidden them for so long? When Alphonse felt the presence of another person in the room he didn't dare to even look up before he spoke loud and clear.

"What do you want?" It didn't matter who it was, Alphonse was in no mood to deal with anyone anymore. They were all traitors and to him they were nothing worth worrying about. Even if his beloved wife had struck him in a way that no longer made him believe that she cared for him. She even went as low as to have children with his brother to prove it. Even if she said she didn't mean it Alphonse figured she did. He turned his head and let them lock onto his wife before he sighed and turned his body so he could look out the window again. What was she doing there and why did she look so terrified? He wondered if she could see the distress and the tears that were built up inside of them. The heartless and cold Alphonse Snow was actually crying. For all that has been lost in his life.

Nataliia was utterly appalled that Alphonse was actually crying. She did not know if she wanted to comfort him or if she wanted to just turn away and leave him be. She leaned against the doorway and she heard his voice, loud and clear. She had heard the muffled sounds and like a mother she was, she was drawn to the tears of those and want to comfort them. It was a natural response of hers. Nataliia’s silver eyes lowered as she slowly stepped into the room, and she closed the door to the office. When did he get here to begin with? She had been more worried about those that were in her blood family, and she was proud that her little brother had earned the title of Prefect, and then there was Theodore Snow whom gotten Head Boy. Both boys had earned themselves a lot of respect, and would be role models for others in the family. Nataliia just hoped that one of her children would get a title or something. But she had a long way to go before she would see them with such titles. Nataliia had not seen Noah in quite some time, but truth be told, she did not care anyhow. Noah may be the father of her newest children, and she was glad that he proved to be a good dad and all, but she still did not even think of him like a friend just yet.

The Margrave murmured, “I heard muffled sounds, and I came in here to see what was wrong.” Her voice was soft and comforting. She slowly made her way over to the window that he was staring out of. Her silver eyes gazed on the ground, and she longed to repair what was damaged, but she did not know how. There was something blocking her from reaching out to him. Could he not tell that she was sorry? She wanted him over anyone else in the world. “Alphonse, you don’t have to tell me what is wrong, but it scares me to see that my love is broken like so.” Nataliia’s silver eyes closed, and she was not going to beg or anything, because it was someone’s choice to tell him or her what was wrong. But who was he going to talk to? He needed someone if he were crying. Nataliia dared not to touch him though. Nataliia wanted to comfort Alphonse, to get that lighter side of him with a touch of darkness that she loved in him so much, the side that she fell in love with. Nataliia just hoped that there was something that would let him open up to her. If there was one thing she was actually good at, it was understanding and caring. Nataliia was a large softie, with a temper though when she wanted to show it that is. She had a seductive side as well, and she was a Zhefarovich naturally.

Alphonse wasn't sure exactly what to do about this situation. He knew he could easily tell her to go away and leave him alone for the time being but there was something in him that didn't have the heart to do it. There was also a big part of him that wanted someone to reach out and finally ask what was up instead of being disgusted with him. He had a lot to say but no one to really say it to. No one that would really understand hatred and crime that he had committed in his life except for a select few and he had run out of things to say to them. Anastasia had always been there and she was like his other half but since she had been there and knew everything there wasn't much use trying to explain it to her because she already knew how he felt. She never liked to talk much about the past either. Nicolette wasn't one he wanted to talk to either, he pretty much grew up with her but she had her own dark past to deal with so he figured he should leave her be, plus he probably wasn't allowed anywhere near her after all the death threats he made to her. He motioned for Nataliia to come closer before he held the curtain out for her to see the people that were outside. The crowd seemed dwindle down a little but he could still see a few of the others about. Amongst them was his brother Noah who seemed to be conversing with Leon over something. "I don't think you'd understand what has me so upset Nataliia." Alphonse said through a soft voice. The tears were still building up inside his ice blue eyes but he ignored them by this point. To be honest a lot of it was about what was going on and what he had yet to let the world know. Something told him that his time was running short to let the world know. Maybe Nataliia would listen and allow him to just run his mouth until he managed to get it all out. His eyes drifted as he watched Noah ruffle Leon's hair then walked off towards the entrance. Alphonse never really had a good relationship with his brothers, he remembered that he always believed that his former friend Amauri Chevalier was his brother and not any of the ones he lived with now. Oh how painful it was to see how things changed.

"So much has changed over time. When I got the letter the other day about Theodore getting Head Boy I was amazed, never did I see him making it this far. When I look back I just..never expect things to go the way they were. I have the feeling like something bad is coming, I am not sure what it is yet...it just unnerves me. I want to share something with you if you'll listen." Alphonse Answered as he reached out to close the curtain that allowed him to look out the window. He then used his wand to make a bigger fire that lit the room like any other light would. He didn't know if Nataliia would understand him at all but it was worth a try. Would he understand Isaac if Alphonse told her about him?

Nataliia was glad that he did not send her away like some commoner on the streets. She stood by him, her arms hanging loosely by her side as she waited for him to explain herself. Nataliia’s liquid silver eyes gazed over at Alphonse as she waited for something of an explanation. She would be here for him throughout his hard times. In sickness and in health, and that also meant through depression which she believed that Alphonse was suffering from at the moment. She wanted to be here for him, and that she would stand by him because she loved him and she was also his wife. She had some things to make up to him as well. Nataliia watched him motion for her to come closer, and she glanced out of the window at the people, and her eyes lingered over from Noah to Leon. She recalled Leon and his love for that young woman, and she fawned over it. How cute they were! “I can try to understand, Alphonse. You will just have to let me,” Nataliia purred, her voice soft and her smile as gentle as her eyes. It was perhaps the best look she had about her was her eyes and smile. She could make someone melt into a smile, but right now, she was just trying to show Alphonse that she cares.

The tears that she could see where heart wrenching. Nataliia wondered what was making him so upset, and it had to be big because nothing she had heard about made him seriously cry like this. Nataliia listened to his words and she nodded, and indeed she would listen. Whatever he had built up inside, she would listen to it. She had done a lot of listening in her life, and this time it would be a little different because this was Alphonse and her husband. “Something bad is coming, because I feel it as well, but we won’t know what it is until it happens, and hope that we can prevent it. But otherwise, Alphonse, I am here to listen to you, to hear what it is that is bothering you so much.” Nataliia watched as the curtains closed and the fire raised up to light of the room. It was incredible, but she managed to keep her composure calm as she stared at Alphonse with wondering eyes. Nataliia would just have to wait now, as she continued to open her mind to what he would have to share with her.

Alphonse sighed and was sort of relieved that Nataliia was willing to listen to him when no one else would, since she was actually part of this family he figured he should give her a little history on the family and how things went horribly wrong because of his own selfish decisions."Come sit." He motioned for Nataliia to go sit on the couch that was located in his office while he headed to an old bookcase and let his ice blue eyes scan the case for something he knew was there. After moments of searching he finally found what he was looking for and used his wand to have it levitate down to him. The large leather book was finally in his hands and he brushed some of the dust that was on the cover of it off and into the air. It appeared to be an old book and that was because, hundreds of years this book had been in the family actually, it had been preserved awhile. Pretty soon he was sure it would be Theodore's turn to keep an eye on it and read it to learn everything he could. One it was all dusted off and Alphonse made sure he had the right book he came over to Nataliia and sat down. He held the book out for her to see, then opened up the first page, or rather the cover. Written on page was; 'Dedicated to Alexandre Minn II' Alphonse explained that he was the man who was pretty much the one to form the Snow family, though they had begun under another name and even in a different viewpoint that was different than they were now.

"This is not only a photo album but it also has the history and the secrets that have been hidden in here throughout history. Usually only the Head, his partner, and honorary members get to see this. If I show you...do you promise not to go around and reveal what has been told?" Alphonse stated quietly. He still was on the first page because he needed to make sure that Nataliia wasn't going to ruin everything and tell on him for this. He trusted her but he needed her word for it. The people who did know what was in here didn't learn it on their own. It had to be given to them by someone, and the only ones who did know that were not blood related had to have gotten it form a head. He turned his face to Nataliia to look at her, if she promised not to tell then he would share his life history and memories with her.

Nataliia was a little relieved that he was willing to share with her what was wrong. He had motioned for her to take a seat on the couch. She slowly turned and she let out a soft sigh as she went to take a seat on the couch. She crossed her legs at her ankle, and she sat back against the soft cushions. Her silver eyes watched him head over to a bookcase and search for something. Finally, Alphonse had found it, a large and old book. Was he going to reveal something secretive to her? She could only guess it. Nataliis leaned forward a little bit, and she wondered what was on it. She continued to watch, as he came over and took a seat next to her. Nataliia read the dedication, and she nodded softly. They began in with the name Minn but then soon became the Snow family. Nataliia smiled as she gazed into Alphonse's eyes and she nodded. What type of person would she be if she did not follow this through? She needed this, actually. It might help restore the trust that had been broken because of Noah and her drugged self forming triplets. Maybe this would help with the bond that her and Alphonse had shared.

However, she figured that he would take her words and she valued the truth, as it was written in her blood that she were to tell the truth unless they were given a good reason. "I promise to keep this a secret, between you and me, Alphonse," Nataliia spoke softly, almost as if the walls themselves were listening. She was interesting in learning what Alphonse had gone through, to learn about how he came to be the way he was now. Nataliia had no reason to go back on her word, so she could be apart of Alphonse's life, past, present and future. Just what would be in there that she did not know? Nataliia was thoroughly interested, and she had no intention of blabbering the secrets of the Snow family to the entire world like it were the next latest fad. Nataliia placed a hand on Alphonse's shoulder, her touch almost guiding, and loving. She could be seductive, but that was not what she was being right now. She was being the supporting and loving wife she vowed to be since they were wed.

Isaac walked into the main foyer of the Manor as he looked around for his siblings or just someone he could tell the good news too. His father had just called him in for a meeting and told him news that literally made his heart burst, even if he remained calm and collected looking. Once he was dismissed that he had to bolt and tell his little brothers and sisters what he had just been told. His father told him that once he reached of age he would be allowed to be the Next Head of the Snow Family. He was going to be like a king and have all the honor that his father did! In this family not just anyone could be raised up to to be it, they had to be specifically gifted and chosen. If anyone else were to step up it would turn into a disaster, or at least that was what the Elders told Isaac. So far his little brothers and sisters seemed to be found no where and it was starting to frustrate Issac just a little. They were always around when no one really wanted to see them but when someone did they were no where to be seen. Finally Isaac heard the sound of young voices coming from the sitting room and he headed over there. He opened the big wooden doors to reveal his younger siblings who had all turned their heads too look at him. Nicolette Hensel was there too but she didn't look at all pleased to see him either.

"Hey guys! Guess what father just told me?!" Isaac muttered as he closed the doors behind him not to attract attention of the older and more suspicious family members. They would probably be wondering why he got it and no one else did but couldn't really explain that part. Isaac crept closer to his siblings and smirked at them, he was only eleven while the others were all under the ages of ten. Though the oldest in the room was definitely Nicolette, she was over twenty or something. He motioned for them all to listen, he figured they would be just as excited as he was. He hoped they would at least. They were all hard to predict, Especially little Alphonse who was more of the boss around here than anything else.

A ten year old Alphonse huddled around the coffee table with his siblings as he flipped through an old book of the families. It contained a lot of information but since he was only ten he barely understood any of it and just flipped through the pages boredly. It wasn't like this book was filled with cool looking pictures or lots of colors. By the time he had flipped halfway through he closed the book and forbid his twin sister Anastasia and his youngest sibling Seraphine from gazing at it anymore. Just as he shoved it to the floor in a huff he heard the door open and he turned his icy blue eyes onto Isaac. For a moment his eyes also shifted to Nicolette who was the oldest in the room, she seemed to be ignoring them right now. Isaac attempted to get them all interested in what had happened and all Alphonse could do was raise his eyebrows curiously. What was up and why did his brother seem so excited right now? It was rare for good news to make him so happy like that.

Anastasia had lost interest in that dumb book awhile ago. But Alphonse insisted on flipping through it still, he didn't even look that interested in it. "Alphonse this book is stupid." Anastasia told her brother as she leaned away from the table and pushed some of her dirty blonde hair out of her face. Ana was also ten but was born with very dark blonde hair that eventually faded into brown as she grew. She always figured that she would be the more intelligent of the two, Alphonse's actions were mostly driven by his emotions and thats why he was always getting the rest of them into trouble these days. Isaac entered through the door and starting to babble on about something she didn't quite understand but she stood up and listened anyways. Her arms crossed over her undeveloped chest as she rolled her eyes, Isaac was such a loser of the family. What on earth was so important that he had to come in there and start talking to him?

Little Seraphine, just five-years-old, glanced up with her sky blue eyes twinkling, holding a stuffed dolphin, as she was sitting down and playing to stare up at Isaac when he announced something. Seraphine was of course interested, but she did not like Alphonse any. She gathered a rather hard plastic bear of some sort and with a hard throw of her arm, she released the toy missile into the air and it was going right for Alphonse's head. Of course, Seraphine's favorite name for about everyone she did not really like or was mean to her was 'moron'. Seraphine smirked a bit, and turned her brunette head to see Isaac before asking in a tiny voice, "What is it?" Seraphine glanced around to see Nicolette Hensel and Anastasia. She shrugged lightly and continued to snuggle with her dolphin. She did not stand up or anything, but she just sat there. She was too young to really understand much but she could at least hold conversations with people... Well, it was hard to get something out of her because Seraphine only spoke to certain people.

Nicolette detested the job of babysitting. She was nearly twenty-three years old and probably had plenty of other things to be doing right now than watching these three. The golden eyed female wasn't paying attention to them much anyways, her thoughts were currently elsewhere. They were in the midst of war that she wasn't sure any of the young ones would understand too well right now. The only reason she did at all was because she had joined the side and forces of the Dark Lord. She was young and stupid for the most part so some may feel that it wasn't a good idea for her to waste her young life out there. After the abuse and torture she had been put through as a child Nicolette wasn't sure there was much of a life left to waste away. Her skill as an Animagus and pure blood heritage were valuable to these people. She would give her life up to destroy the people who destroyed her. When Nicolette heard Isaac come in and start going on about some news that Valere had told him, she craned her head over to his direction. What the hell was going on this time?

"Let me guess...your father is sending the lot of you off to Romania so I don't have to put up with you anymore?" Nicolette asked sarcastically and bitterly as she stood up from her seat on the couch and headed over to the younger group of kids. Some of them looked interested in what Isaac had to say but Alphonse obviously did not. That kid was rarely happy about anything that didn't involve him. Nicolette cocked her head to the side as she glanced at the book that Alphonse had shoved for a moment, her gaze didn't remain on it before she let it shift back to Isaac.

"Nice guess Nicolette, but no." Isaac softly rolled his deep blue eyes as the older woman made her rather cruel suggestion about his news. He was actually used to these types of remarks but he wished that she wouldn't embarrass him in front of his siblings like that. At times she wasn't so bad to Anastasia and Seraphine, and when her mood was really good, to him. Alphonse never really got the option seeing her be pleasant because he often loved to run his mouth when he should really keep it closed. Their father was very fond of Nicolette and often tried to keep her around as much as he could and it obviously bothered Alphonse to great extents. Isaac didn't mind it so much because he figured that if you liked someone you liked someone, mother wasn't around very much. Isaac forced his thoughts away from Nicolette as he smiled at his two younger sisters who seemed very interested in what he had to say this time. Seraphine had to be his favorite little sibling at the time. Not only was she fiery when she needed to be, but the girl also knew more about respect than the others seemed to.

Isaac was almost nervous to tell them. Not because he didn't like the idea of it, but mostly because he wasn't sure how they would react. They were his siblings and when they didn't like something he knew he had to take their responses into consideration. After all thats what a natural born leader did. He even wondered just slightly what Nicolette would think about this. "Father just told me that when he decides to step down I get to be the next Head of the family! Which means I get to go around and rule everything, you guys get help me too!" Isaac spurt out calmly but with a certain aura of excitement now surrounding him. It was easy to tell that he was excited and beyond ready to have something look up for him. Now he just needed to wait for his siblings to start reacting. If father believed in him he figured that they should.

Alphonse was expecting anything but the news they were all given by Isaac. His mouth dropped and his young face contorted in horror and shock all mixed into one. "YOU? He gave the title..to you of all people in this family? You throw a fit when mother makes you eat oatmeal...how on earth do you expect to run a whole family?" Alphonse narrowed his eyes as he asked his brother this bitterly. He wanted to be the next Head and boss of course but they just had to choose Isaac. Just because he was first born meant nothing, but they didn't seem to see it that way. Once he had this say he had turned his head to glare at his younger sister Seraphine because she had thrown something at his head. He'd get her later when Nicolette and Isaac weren't in the room to scold him for his actions. If this guy was going to become the Head he could already see the terrible things that would befall the family just because Isaac had a much kinder heart than it needed to be. This family was a dark family and he would just pull them into the light. It wasn't worth risking the family name, now that the Dark Lord was appreciative of their family name or whatever the adults were going on about, Alphonse knew he wanted to make his father proud.

Anastasia couldn't help but snort at Nicolette's response to Isaac. She had done a very good job at burning him once again, one of Ana's favorite things about her was how she was able to make both of her brother's look like idiots without even trying. He amusement didn't last very long because Isaac decided to just spurt his news out to the group of them, and Alphonse blew. Her twin seemed pissed but Ana didn't really mind so much, she figured that Isaac would make a pretty good leader once he grew up a little. A lot better than Alphonse or herself. Her brother was just rude and power-hungry and, well she just did't care all the time. "Dad's going to retire already? Ugh! Alphonse calm down!" Anastasia nudged her brother in the ribcage once she asked her questions to Isaac. She was curious as to why Valere was willing to step down so easily. Her sharp mind had already picked up that something was going on and she wanted to know what it was. Her blue eyes scanned around and it seemed like Nicolette was suspicious too. Ana had yet to figure out what Seraphine was thinking about it.

Seraphine glanced over at the older woman, and did not really know what she was talking about, so she went back to doing what she did best. Though when Isaac said the news about becoming the new Head, she saw that he was happy thus a smile crossed over her childlike features. She continued to snuggle her dolphin and she point outed, "Alphonse, the only thing you can run is that mouth!" She heard someone say that to someone else, so she did not know what it meant exactly, but she figured that it meant that no one can stop their mouth from running the words and all that.

Even Nicolette's mouth dropped open wide at Isaac's news. Of course she figured that someday one of them would be given the position but she didn't think Valere would consider it so soon. It was a little worrisome that he felt that he needed to give it to someone who was quite so young. "I'm surprised he gave it to any of you so soon, your all nothing but a little crybabies. I'm going to go see what's going on in his head." Nicolette told the group of youngsters as she turned her on her heels and headed towards the door. Her golden eyes burning with annoyance. Something was up and by the hell if she was going to let it turn into something against her. With not even a goodbye to the Snow children she opened the door and closed it behind her. Leaving them alone and in silence.

Alphonse Snow now a Fifth Year Slytherin Prefect and lover of all things being done his way was in a slump. Well, it wasn't as much of a slump as it was confused. Something strange happened while he was in Hogsmeade today and he wanted to tell his best friend about it as soon as possible. Amauri was in Ravenclaw so chances were that he was going to be able to explain it better than Alphonse could himself. He stepped into the Great Hall and located Amauri easily, they were a strange pair but had been each other's best friend for more than six or so years now so it didn't bother Alphonse much that they were very different people in comparison. He walked by a group of students and set his newly purchased books down on the table as he sat across from his friend. Alphonse had just come from Hogsmeade actually and had gone nowhere else before heading here. "Alright, so the weirdest thing just happened to me while I was in Hogsmeade shopping for books." Alphonse held up the books as proof. "So I was just leaving this shop and outside there was this girl. And she was seriously the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. But she wasn't a normal girl either, once I got close to her I..felt like I was losing my mind...and it looked like she was glowing or something!" Alphonse paused and looked at Amauri, as if to ask him if he knew what was going on. Alphonse was one to have a strong interest in woman but he barely ever freaked out about them like this.

The sixth year Ravenclaw was currently reading though his mind was actually on none other than the Gryffindor Prefect, Cyrille Laurent. A beautiful woman that had captured Amauri’s interest since his third year, though the two had begun dating the previous year, they were not always around each other. Cyrille was in the library studying in Charms, while he was down in the Great Hall, simply reading a good book and enjoying a glass of pumpkin juice. Amauri was enjoying his time alone and he took a sip of the delicious juice as his blue eyes met those familiar of a liquid silver. It was his best friend, Alphonse Snow. Not one could have predicted this would happen. They had been there for each other, from when Amauri lost his father when he was twelve and his mother when he was fourteen. Tragedies, but they assisted in what Amauri became today, and he was still the quiet man he always had been. Amauri raised an eyebrow when he heard Alphonse’s story. It amazed him what Alphonse was describing. He was freaking out, over a girl? That alone made Amauri worry. He marked his page in his book and he mused, “Sounds more like, chemistry or something. Did you find out who she was or anything?” Amauri did not really want to see this for himself, because he already had a woman that made him weak at the knees. “Better yet, sounds like it could be falling in love, though I have never heard love at first sight actually being more than a myth.” Not even Amauri was in love. He cared about his girlfriend, a lot, but that was it. He was not ready for strong feelings.
