Open Haunting Halloween

Nolan honestly didn't really put any effort into finding a Halloween costume this year. He really didn't have time or wasn't in the mood for looking for one during the break. Nolan wasn't sure if he wanted to go to the Halloween Feast. He didn't really know if he wanted to spend his birthday at the Halloween feast or in his dorm room while the rest of his roommates had decided to make their way to the feast.

Nolan decided last minute that he was going to the Halloween Feast. The Hufflepuff boy quickly put on the cloth he had worn a couple of years ago when he and his sister decided to go as matching ghosts. Nolan quickly made his way inside. He didn't recognise anyone he knew as of yet, so he decided to make his way to the snack table. He looked at all the yummy treats that were there as well as people watching. He hoped that he didn't look ridiculous.

After winning best overall costume for Halloween last year, there was a lot of pressure for Louis to do well again this year. He had decided to stick with a similar theme, but instead of a knight in shining armour, he decided to go as a warrior from the same time stamp. With his cape following behind him, Louis made his way through the crowd as he tried to find one of his friends. They were all probably too busy for him. Deciding he was a little pekish, the teen just made his way over to the snacks table, but gasped as he accidentally ran into someone. "Oh, sorry." he mumbled, suddenly second guessing if it was even a person. Upon closer inspection, it in fact was, but with the cloth over their head, Louis had no idea who he had just spoken to. His cheeks just turned a shade of pink, hoping it wasn't someone who would get angry at him for what he just did.

Nolan jumped a little when he felt someone bump into him, as the cloak blocked his peripheral vision, so he couldn't really see what was around him properly. He turned around to face the person that was beside him, before lifting the cloak up to reveal his face. "Oh no dude, you're all good! It's fine" Nolan said with a small smile as he reassured the guy. The guy in front of him didn't look that much older than him. He didn't know his name, but he did see him around the common room occasionally. "Do you recommend any of the snacks here?" Nolan said with a small smile, as he gestured to the snack table. Sure he had been to the event many times before, and the snacks were most likely the same as the previous years, but he thought it would be nice to start off a conversation.
