Gryffindor Quidditch: free training

Felix tried his best to dart around the Keeper but she managed to block it a second time. This wasnt over.

Ivy watched felix shoot and was partially pleased she had more time to seek. She saw a sparkle and went for it. flying towards the glimmer of hope that she could still win.

Determined not to let Ivy win their bet, Felix made to grab for the Quaffle again. He wasn't accustomed to handling such a large ball, perhaps he was underestimating how much space it needed.

Ivy drew closer to the golden walnut. her arm stretching out for it, the air in her eyes making them water. She blinked the tears away and then the snitch was gone.

Felix wasted no time and tossed the Quaffle... straight through the middle hoop. "Hah!" His head swivelled round to find Ivy, a gleam in his eye, hoping she'd witnessed his success.

Ivy looked around again, this time she didnt see a snitch but a Felix cleanly getting a ball through a goal she let out a groan. being a seeker was harder rhan it looked nice going" shhe called

Daviana blocked yet another quaffle and was feeling pretty confident in herself - maybe a little too confident, as she managed to be too far out when Felix attempted another toss through the hoops. She grimaced as it went through and tossed it back out. "1 out of 3 isn't bad," she called to him.

William didn't hit anything.

Ivy may have lost the bet. But she was not going to lose her dignity. She would stay out here until she caught the snitch. No matter how long it took.

Kaysi attempted to swing at another bludger but she missed this one. She kept on flying, practicing some new maneuvers in between swings.

William still didn't hit anything.

Ivy continued to look but didn’t see anything.

Ivy kept looking and was starting to develop a real appreciation of aroha and Felix.

Felix was having a great time, feeling as though he didn't have a target on his back for a chance as he headed once more to the hoops.

Daviana readied herself as Felix came back towards the hoops.

Ivy paused and wached the team for a moment. Daviana was doing well saving the hoops even if it hadnt quite saved her bet, Felix seemed to be enjoying the change of pace, William and Kaysi looked to be having as much luck as her. but seemed to be going okay. maybe she should go back to playing her role. but she was still enjoying playing seeker for a bit.

Felix tried his best to score another goal but the Keeper was fully blocking the way through for him. Ivy and Daviana certainly knew what they were doing in their roles, "Okay, it's not that easy," he called across to their Captain, half a smile at their Keeper.

Ivy kept looking for the snitch but couldn’t see flicker or feather of it. She turned back to Felix as he called out you get the hang of it. Seeking is also harder than I thought she called back.

The familiar whack of the bat hiting a bludger sent a vibration up Kaysi's arm. She watched as it soared right into one of the other beaters. She already felt like the Beater didn't like her, ever since she'd been put into the game over the Beater. Surely, this wasn't going to help.
@William Potter-Cade

Ivy heard a thwack and looked to see the bludger kit by kaysi flying through the air to its target. She was glad that target wasn’t her. It was a good hit and she winced as it collided with William. are you okay William? before turning to the other beater good hit

Daviana barely blocked Felix's shot, but she did block it and felt great in that moment. She held the quaffle tight as she steadied herself on the broom before tossing it back out to the player.

"Nah, I picked the right position," the prefect joked. "You want me to show you how it's done?" Felix taunted, flying closer to Ivy in the hopes she had her sights on the snitch.

Igy smiled at Felix's comment. "yea, show me" she said hoping he wouldnt win the snitch in less than a minute

It certainly would have been funny if Felix had caught it immediately. "You gotta use the sun," he winked, acting as though he wasn't trying to prolong the amount of time it took to actually catch it.
