Ajaccio was back at school, he had had a great but exceedingly tiring trip but the brief period in Hawaii at the end had made up for it. There was going to be so much fun to be had in the second semester. His dad had been surprisingly supportive at Ajax’s new interest in photography, keeping up his social media presence even when Ajax wasn't around. Perhaps it was just that Ajax was following a little in his footsteps that he was supportive. He was outside, rolling down the grounds on his skateboard. The teen didn’t know what he wanted to do just yet, he was close enough to the pitch but he didn’t have anyone to play with, and perhaps there was fun to be had outside here too. Beyond the skateboarding that he was doing. He spotted a boy, someone from his year ”Conor!” he greeted riding the last of the distance over to him, ”Do you wanna play something?” he remembered the boy being nervous but he was still going to ask.

Connor loved Quidditch. There was no question about that. Though he had been incredibly nervous to try out, it was a relief to finally be part of a team again. Leaving rugby behind had been one of the hardest parts of adjusting to Hogwarts life, and he was glad to have finally found something to fill that void. It wasn't the same though, and Connor still sometimes found himself missing rugby. It felt good to run, and Quidditch was missing that. So he had brought a rugby ball down to the lawn, throwing it out and running to catch it before it hit the ground. He was definitely rusty, legs aching from lack of practice, but it felt good to run again. He only stopped when he heard a voice, wiping sweat from his brow as he looked over to see who had approached. He brightened at the sight of Ajax, giving the Ravenclaw a cheerful smile. "Totally!" He said happily. "What do you wanna do?"

Hattie was looking forward to another semester at Hogwarts. It felt like the first semester had dragged on, but the Ravenclaw had made it through all of her classes fine and she was hoping this semester would be quite the same. The girl made her way outside where there was plenty of fresh air. She knew that as she grew older and made her way into her senior years that outside might not be somewhere she would be able to spend most of her time with all of the studying she was going to have to do, so she thought she might make the most of it. She lay herself down on the grass, staring up at the sky. A clear summer's sky was all she could see and she smiled at this. As she heard the kicking of a ball not too far away from her, Hattie quickly sat up and spotted a younger boy kicking a muggle rugby ball around. Hattie hadn't seen one of them in ages, not since she lived at the adoption home. She wanted to go over to him and ask if she could join, but it seemed that another boy beat her to it. Still, Hattie wasn't going to give up the opportunity. She wanted to play rugby again. She stood up quickly, making her way over to the pair. "Hey! Would you guys mind if I joined? That's a nice ball you've got there. Are you a muggle-born too?"

Ajaccio looked at the rugby ball Conor was holding and smiled, ”Well, you’ve got a rugby ball, how about just some catch? Or tackling?” he knew the latter was a bit more violent than the former. But he would happy with either, it was a beautiful day out, and it would just be fun to play a little. The teen put the skateboard to the side and from his pocket took out a few hair tie to put his hair into little space buns to keep it out of his eyes. As he was doing that, they were joined by a girl, someone he knew from the Ravenclaw quidditch team, hattie, ”Hey hattie!” he greeted her with a happy wave. He didn’t know the girl all that much, only because of quidditch but she seemed like a nice person. At the question though he shook his head, ”I’m mixed blood,” he replied though it didn’t really matter. ”We’re thinking of playing something like catch,” he didn’t say the latter, with more people tackling would be way more sore and likely just not a good idea.

Connor nodded at Ajax's suggestions, considering it for a moment. "Catch, maybe?" He did kind of miss the tackling part of sports, it had been fun to just pounce people and fight over the ball, but catching practice would probably be more useful when it came to Quidditch games. He looked over as a girl joined them, a little taken aback by her question. He shook his head quickly when she asked if he was muggleborn, then nodded when Ajax explained what they were doing. "You can totally join if you want to!" He said cheerfully. "Have you played rugby before?"
