Until proper images are found for Tobias (or I look for them or whatever) then that banner will be done.

why are there white lines through it?

I'm not entirely sure you put the code in there correctly. If there is a single space anywhere in the code, then it will throw the entire thing off, because yours is made of 11 different images.
Unless you are using internet explorer, then there is no way to take out the white lines. I don't see them on my computer.
