Nastasia had been looking forward to this day for well over two months now. Her previous day off had been rudely curtailed as Thorine had to leave on a business venture and had not returned until days later and refused to allow her to have her day off then. It had been beyond insulting and though Goia had actually attempted to comfort her and make amends by insisting it would never happen again, Nastasia was well aware that it would and quite frequently if Thorine was given the opportunity. Of course without any magic to aid her, she felt utterly defenseless in standing up for herself and had been in the end quite taken aback that the Dolohov family house elf had indeed kept his word to her and taken the children bright and early this morning so she could have her most well deserved day off.
Grateful that the sun was shining, Nassie had gone to Obsidian bright and early to get whatever supplies she needed and promised herself a trip to the Mall later on in the day but for the glorious weather, she felt disgruntled to spend even one hour indoors.
The countryside itself was breathtaking and she often chided herself that she had not taken more time to view it properly but that was what today would be for. She walked now through the green lush countryside with her sketch pad and charcoals and on seeing the most glorious waterfall in the distance found herself wishing fervently that she could apparate to it. Settling instead to sitting on a large tree stump, she began to make some lazy sketches before of course her doodling took her to some new tattoo designs. Nastasia was a dressmaker of the most remarkable talent wasted now as she took care of her cousins children but she had also over the years of drifting in and out of the muggle world learnt the art of body painting. Her own body was like a perfectly designed easel most of which she had covered today except for the small symbol on her ankle as her sandalled feet stuck out beneath the white cotton length of her summer skirt, an American Indian styled beaded top covered her chest and torso while only thin straps criss crossed her back revealing the most intricate art work on her beautiful tanned skin.
Her raven hair having grown out a bit now hung just below her shoulders, falling slightly to cover the side of her face as she glanced up and down a few times as if drawing inspiration from the view around her.
"Beautiful" she could not help but utter breathlessly, glad of the silence save the distant lapping of water cascading from the rock face.
