Eating Disorders?

I have a character, who has gained weight. And in a generality, most girls her age would turn to anorexia or bulimia (thanks to the media putting it in their heads that it's a good thing to look like a bean pole). So I want to know if that falls under self abuse or not. If it doesn't, how vague should I be. Or if it does, is it possible to imply it without breaking the rules. Thanks ahead of time for answering this!

Yes, diseases such as anorexia and bulimia are counted as self abuses and require administrator approval.
We have approved such conditions before, but the restrictions on how it had to be roleplayed a fairly stringent so as not to further any illusions others have about such serious issues.

I'll debate on whether I'm too lazy to go for such things. There are other ways to loose weight anyways.
