Professor Styx leads the two contestants to the stage, appointing them into the north or south part of the stage. He reveals the rules as well as the point system. He walks off the stage and orders the duel to begin, as he keeps a watchful eye.​

All right, make sure that you use the spell list for guidance. No board rule breaking is acceptable. Have fun! I have a copy of the code that you should use with every post. Remember, when you are knocked out, unable to shoot anymore spells, you lost. And if you run out of points, you lose.
Oh, and the duel begins now. Also, if someone doesn't post after 12 hours, then they are disqualified.

Mitch was angry. She did not like how the match with Sage and Aaren had gone, and she had made it a point to check on her best friend before her own match. While she was sure that the Gryffindor was alright, she could also tell that Aaren was not at all happy and this alone made with Mitch fume. As soon as the fuel was announced to begin, she threw a spell. "Expelliarmus!" It was simple but she didn't care. She wanted this match over and done with, and she was determined to defeat the Slytherin.

Having won her first duel, Sage was on a high from it. She felt like she was absolutely proving herself to Styx as someone who did not deserve to have both lost her wand and also points. She was still very frustrated about both. Feeling it unjustified and just plain awful really. So, when she was face with the hufflepuff who had cause most of the trouble she couldn't help but be excited. Had it not been for this girl none of the rest of it probably would've happened. And Sage was sure she hadn't even gotten into trouble for her part. The first spell shot at her, she easily blocked, with a simple flick of her wand, "Protego" She smirked at the other girl, "Furnunculus"

Mitch looked at her confident opponent. Just because this girl had defeated Aaren didn't mean Hanna was letting herself be defeated as well. If this fight becomes a death match, then so be it. Besides, this girl was also a prefect and not to mention one of the Slytherins that had cause almost half of the trouble. First spell may have easily been blocked but she wasn't about to let her opponent best her at this. She quickly dodged the spell and cast the Babbling Curse towards the Slytherin girl.

Sage smiled to herself, watched at the girl dodged her spell. She couldn't help but feel confident about this. However, she wasn't paying enough attention, since she was suddenly hit by the babbling curse, though she could barely stop her, she concentrated and finally was able to push out "finite" She then looked back at the other girl, and smirked slightly. "Confundo"

Mitch watched as her spell took effect but it wasn't long before the Slytherin had managed to end the spell and hear the girl cast Confundo and at the same time she took the risk of being hit to cast another spell towards the girl, "Obscuro!" And the confusion spell hit her. She blinked once. Twice. And looked over to both the Professor Styx and the Slytherin girl. Where was she and why did she have her wand? She did not know. She just waited for something to happen that might give her a hint of what's going on.

Sage was very pleased when she saw that her spell had hit the girl, but that was not before the other girl had attempted to send another spell her way. She flicked her wand, and cast a protego, to stop her vision being blocked. "Feeling a little confused?" Sage smirked at girl, before sending, "Stupefy", hopefully this would be over soon, and Sage would be victorious.

Mitch was feeling confused at the reason why she was here. She could barely understand a thing before the Slytherin girl spoke up and Mitch glared at her. This girl was looking down on her and Hanna was not happy with that. Though she may not know why the hell she was there, she has a wand and an all-new reason to be there and she'll be d*mned if she didn't use it. "Protego!" she cast firmly. "Nah, I'm all good... Petrificus Totalus!" To hell with being confused, she already has a drive to kill defeat this girl.

Sage felt like this girl in front of her was just as angry as she was, though Sage had to think that she had less to be angry about, bar defeating her friend..possibly. Sage liked it. It made things fun and it fueled both her anger and her determination to win. To be better than this silly prefect. "Protego" she said easily blocking the spell. "Let's try some trickier spells," Sage smirked at the girl, "Densaugeo" She shot back.

Mitch eyes narrowed as the Slytherin blocked herself and Mitch did the same by putting up her own shield against her offenses. She was not going to lose this one, she decided. And so, she had cast the Jelly Fingers Curse towards her opponent. Perhaps that would do some good.

Sage grinned slightly as the girl who clearly didn't really know why she was there seemed to still be able to fight. Sage was enjoying this more than her last fight. It had been stupid. This was good. She however spent too much time smiling, that she barely noticed the spell which caused her fingers to turn to jelly and therefore drop her wand. She instantly dropped to her knees and gripped the wand as much as she could. "Finite" she said in a frustrated tone. Glad when her hands returned to normal. That was it, no more taking it easy on the girl. "Stupefy" she shot back as she got to her feet.

Mitch grinned when she knew that her attack obviously hit a nerve. And so she had easily guessed that she would be launching a full-force attack and so with much ease she put up a shield to defend herself. "Protego!"

Sage definitely liked furling more than other school activities, it was just better in every sense of it. However this girl was trickier than the last one. She seemed more determined than the other one she'd fought. However when the girl just cast a shield she couldn't help but frown. "No attack back?" Safe smirked happy at this. "Stupefy" she hoped the girl would be unable to avoid this.

Mitch just smiled as the slytherin proceeded to taunt her in attacking. No. She wasn't attacking yet, or at least she wasn't planning to. "Protego!" the Puff cast smiling as she waited for the time to attack, she would be on defense.

Once again, it just appeared that this girl was not going to fire anything back. Well, that was annoying. She knew that it made little difference to her. She'd just keep trying to take her out until it was actually managed. "Come on now, don't be boring. Fight back." she taunted, "Stupefy" Sage really wanted to win this, and she wasn't going to stop until her opponent was out. She just had to remember that technically she wasn't allow to seriously injure this girl.

Mitch thought that it was now or never. Well, she really wanted to wait some more, but if she didn't do this now, she may just wear out from continuously defending herself. And so, she raised a shield and almost immediately shot a spell towards the Slytherin. "Petrificus Totalus!"

Sage watched with a smile as her spell went straight for the girl. If only she was able to have been successful. But the girl quickly blocked the spell. Sage had to move quickly, since this time around the girl wasted no time in shooting another spell her way. She was able to dodge it just in time. "Finally!" She said happily, smirking at her. "Reducto" She said with increased ferocity.

Mitch was quite taken by surprise by the spell that the Slytherin girl had cast, nevertheless, she had set up Protego as calmly as she could and waited for more of the tricks this girl had up her sleeve. Maybe she'd run out of tricks soon.

Sage smirked slightly, as the girl was taken by surprise with her spell, but only cast a simple protego and nothing else. This was fun wasn't it. "Oh, Come now. Don't make this boring for me" She laughed lightly, "Diffindo" Sage shot back, hoping to really hurt the girl. Some just pay back for everything she had done.

"Well, if you're bored then why don't you try actually hitting me with your spell, right?" Mitch taunted as she yet again cast Protego to protect herself. This was some seriously dangerous spells that if she wasn't careful she could definitely die.

Sage laughed at the girl's words. She was getting closer with her spells than Hanna was. So, really she was getting bored from a lack of things to do. This much was shown again, when her spell was blocked. "Come on, fire back." Sage said saying it in an almost whining voice. "Where's that anger from the other day? Did Sergei scare it all away?" she taunted, but enough was enough, "Diffindo" She repeated, thinking it was a fairly safe spell.

Now that popped a vein on Mitch's forehead and she couldn't help but get ultimately angry at her opponent. "You want angry? Fine! Here's angry!" she growled for as soon as she had set up protego she had fired the same spell at her Slytherin opponent. "Diffindo!" Hopefully it will land the hit, even just for the hand really, it would be fine, but hitting the head would really be precious.

Finally it appeared as though Sage had actually managed to strike a nerve with her. This was good, since the girl finally managed to get her to shoot a spell back at her. This was definitely good, but with ease Sage blocked the spell. "Finally!" she called to her. "Reducto" Sage shot back, soon this would be over.

Mitch was nearly running on empty as she continued to cast Protego to save herself from the lateral damage of the spells that Sage was casting though she would have to admit that it was wearing her out greatly and the forces of the spells were quite strong. She maybe had a few more shots left before she's all out and she was as sure as hell, she was going to make them count. "Expelliarmus!"

Sage could tell as the other girl knocked back her spell that she was getting tired. This greatly pleased the Slytherin. She smiled happily at the other girl, and the spell she shot back, which the fifth year blocked with ease. "Come on now, don't get tired on me now. We're just getting started" Sage smirked at the girl. "Stupefy" She smirked as she shot the spell at the girl.
