The afternoon drove Artemis Jackson insane for now. She was already in the verge of dropping dead anywhere when she reached the Slytherin Dormitories as she looked all over her four poster bed that had the Slytherin emblem on the sheets. It was a small mark, but it still was visible to her blue eyes. Artemis sighed as she kicked her school shoes out of her tired feet, that were already feeling sore with all the walking, back and forth from the classroom to the Great Hall then to the library for some research. The days were coming to an end and she still haven't even decided for her electives yet! Her small frame dropped itself on the side of the bed, feeling the cold sheets pressed upon her tired face holding a tired expression. Artemis longed the cold feeling all day and it was almost four o'clock in her wristwatch. She wanted to feel free and break loose all those chains that held her back to study and study. The feeling of air and freedom, it was just an inch away and the blonde almost knew what she needed. Relaxation, but it was in a different form. The blonde craved for some air, fresh air that was almost near the clouds. Instantly, she jumped up and dressed into her Quidditch robes that she needed for practice. She did not bother to bring the gear, for the blonde knew that no accident would happen again. Artemis snatched her broom that was lying still near her bedpost, and shut the door loudly behind her as she set off to the Quidditch Pitch. The heat was bearable, thankfully, but there were lesser winds than before. The witch frowned as her legs carried her to the place where she desperately needed to go.
Sunlight was indeed everywhere and it was burning Artemis' pale skin. For a moment, she thought of proceeding back to the Slytherin Common Room would be a better idea, but she quickly stepped forward before she could stop herself. Artemis took in everything that was around her. The sky had a few clouds, the wind was calm and went by now and then. Smiling, she mounted her broom right in front of the entrance and zoomed into the sky, not caring whether she mounted correctly or not. As she flew, she held herself steady, not daring to swerve herself. Artemis immediately flew to the hoops of Slytherin in the Pitch and from there, she started doing one complete lap.
