Andromeda sat leaning against a tree in the school garden, the weather was lovely and she was feeling a strange sense of peace today. Her uncle had left her so many gifts in his plan to compensate for the missed birthdays and Christmasses, though they were all so more poiquent (sp?) now. She only opened up one every now and then, trying to drag them out for as long as possible. Using a nouget nosebleed to get out of DADA class had been great but she knew she couldn't keep using the prank items he got for her, no matter how much fun they were.
Yesterday she had unrolled a poster and had happily cried for missing him and her father. The poster had a falcon on one side, an eagle on the other and a wolf. She knew the falcon represented her fathers patronus while the eagle had been her uncles and though she had no patronus of her own yet, she knew the wolf was her. She had stuck the poster up over her bed and knew without having to look at it, that they were looking out for her. They were always with her and that made her feel comforted.
Today she had taken a small package out and was now opening it. A small pouch that contained two coins. She smiled, knowing he had probably meant to keep one for himself. They were fake galleons, one able to communicate with the other. Andy smiled knowing exactly who she would love to be able to communicate with right now but knowing even if this thought was futile.
