I have looked around the site but havent noticed any form that you have to PM to Tristian Drage to apply to become a Death Eater.So I though I'd ask how toget it.

I will apply for being a Death Eater but my character wont come to New Zealand until year 6 because I am going to travel from 30th Oct to 15 Jan.So it'll be hard to come online.Although if I find that there is facility of internet then I will try my best to come.
