Transfiguration was hard, not just as a class it was difficult, it was just hard for her to be able to do some of it. She had known from the get go that she would struggle in some classes but this was a different kind of struggling for her. She couldn't do the spell, she had tried but it hadn't been in her heart to do it. She couldn't have changed the beetle into a button, she'd known from the first sign of the lesson. She had never been good at hurting animals, and struggled so much with even slightly hurting them. So, even though the professor had said this wouldn't hurt them, she couldn't do it. She had convinced her sister that she was okay, but she'd come out to where she felt best and safest at Hogwarts and sat near the flowers that given it was spring time were coming into bloom and she felt tears brim in her eyes. Especially as she watched little bugs and beetles move above the flowers.
