[Dannii Merrythought]

Dannii was 5 months pregnant, and more than starting to show. Thankfully the healers had confirmed that it was just the one baby. Azerail's family was known for multiples, even quads. Dannii shuddered at the thought. Even though she had the ability to turn into a lion at will she did not want to have a litter. Despite the fact that she was quickly becoming rather huge Dannii still continued to work. Being a coach was much less risky than being a player, and it kept her from going insane wandering around the house with nothing to do when the children were off visiting their other parents. Technically today was supposed to be her day off, but Dannii had asked one of her players to come and join her for coffee. The girl's transfer had been sudden, but she was an excellent player so Dannii wasn't complaining. The older woman just wanted to make sure that Falon was adjusting well after the move. Even though she tried not to show it Dannii actually cared for her players quite a bit, especially the young ones. Perhaps it was something that came with age, and motherhood. Dannii sighed as she ordered a decaf tea. It just wasn't the same, but she had already used her one caffeinated drink to wake herself up that morning. Once she had her tea the woman found a comfy looking couch in the back of the cafe, and waited for Falon's arrival.

This was already a good sign that Falon had chosen a better team to play for. The fact that the coach wanted to meet up, just to chat showed that it was a caring team. It wasn't something Falon really wanted to do; it felt weird for her to just catch up one on one with the coach, but her mother had convinced her it was a good thing, and that she should do it. The ex Gryffindor was feeling a lot better having joined a new team, not seeing Lyra everyday definitely had something to do with it. It was a toxic and negative environment to be around.
Falon entered the cafe and ordered a butterbeer, before looking around and seeing where Danni Merrythought was sitting. Putting on a smile, reminding herself that being polite gets you places, Falon walked over to her. "'Morning coach." Falon said, awkwardly sitting down opposite her. "Uhh - good morning so far?"
