I have characters that could be given away and I noticed this from other sites..I wonder if it's okay here..
 
I had some characters that I created and gave away - so if it isn't allowed I'm a baddie.

Also, my friend created a character then decided she didn't want to RP any more, so I took her over.

Maybe this should be placed in the questions/suggestions thingy?

Sometimes it is okay, other times it isn't, and would need admin approval.
It depends on the situation.
 
I have no problem with people sharing or even taking over accounts, so long as they continue to follow site rules and update the account information to their own (email, for instance).
