Centaurs Forest

Spike could see the red coming up onto her cheeks but chose not to mention anything, he knew it would be embarrassing for her if she knew that he knew she was blushing. " It is ok, It is the least I can do for someone as pure of heart as you." He said with a smile as he walked into the water, it was meant for there washing and drinking only, it had a tiny parasite in it, that cleaned the water giving it that fluorescent blue glow.
 
"I dont know about the pure of heart thing I have done some pretty mean things but Im trying to make up for them so that maybe I can one day forgive myself." Eden rubbed at her cheeks to make the red go away until Spike went into the water. Eden hoped he was not about to take a bath in front of her that would really kill her.
 
Spike soon walked out clean as a whistle. " This is the cleansing water of the forest, It has tiny parasites that attach themselves to your body and take off all of the bad stuff." Spike said with a smile. His long hair was kind of wet, seeing as he walked until it was up to his neck and he dunked his head under. " the parasites clean the water making it always ok to drink, no matter what has been in there."
 
"Thats good to know I think. Are there other ponds like this our is this the only one?" Eden looked at Spikes main. "Do you need some help with your main? I know how it is to have really long hair it gets hard to take care of at times."
 
" I'm certain this is the only pond in this forest that is like this, but I'm sure there probably would be more, that no one else has found, there are caves that even the centaurs don't dare go into around here." Spike said when he thought about letting her do his mane, it would be really good to have someone be able to do it for him. " Yeah sure why not. That would be excellent, thanks." He said as he laid down on the soft ground.
 
"You mean there are places you would not know? I never thought that would be." Walking over to Spike Eden took a seat on the ground and pulled a comb out of her pocket, an begain combing out his hair. "Let me know if any of this hurts ok?"

((OOC Sorry if it is a bit lame I have not been to bed in over 24 hrs next post will be better.))
 
Spike smiled obviously she didn't know how tolerant to pain they got after a while of being out here in the wild, they could deal with getting shot and still live most of the time. Spike had been. " I sure will, But I doubt it you will hurt me."
 
"I just want to make sure. So if you dont mind me asking what is it like to be one of the most nobel beings alive?" Eden closed her eyes and combed this was very soothing for her all the crazyness that had been going on latly seemed to not matter anymore.
 
" I don't really think you could say that, but if you think so, it is good, most people are amazed at how we look, but other then that the tasks we have to do is really daunting and hard to accomplish sometimes." He said with a smile as she combed his hair softly trying not to pull on his main.
 
"I like the way you look." Eden said simply. Bring her hand up Eden tried to hide a yawn she was becoming very sleepy. It had been a long day for her. And she still had alot of studying to do.
 
" Thank you very much." Spike said with a large smile on his face, no one had ever given him a compliment on the way he looked, people always thought he was dull for a centaur, he was glad he had met someone who beleived he was good. " Well I like the way you look as well, for a human."
 
Eden blushed for what must have been the tenth time that day. "Thank you." Eden closed her eyes again and let them set there a few seconds. "I think that I must be getting...." Eden trailed off as she asleep where she was setting slowly letting her head fall to rest on Spikes shoulder.
 
Spike didn't move as she Fell asleep on his shoulder instead he flicked his tail up to make sure that she didn't get cold or anything. " Goodnight." He whispered as he lay on the ground supporting her as she slept.
 
Eden felt warm but cold which did not feel right because if she was in her bed in her dorm than she would be warm but she was not cause she was cold. So that ment she was elsewhere. But if she was elsewhere where was she? Forcing her eyes opened she saw Spike asleep on the ground. And outside it was pitch black. She was outside way past curfew. She was going to get into so much trouble is anyone noticed that she was not in bed. "Spike. Please wake up its really late and Im going to get into trouble."
 
Spike was a light sleeper, and as soon as she spoke he opened his eyes and looked at the girl. He felt bad for not being able to take her to the castle himself, but seeing as he could never leave it was a little hard for him. " I'm sorry I didn't wake you, you looked so peaceful."
 
Kida was walking through the forest, Kida always did this when she couldn't sleep, and she couldn't sleep at all.
Kida knew the forest like the back of her hand, and the place she wanted to go was near Centaur Territory so she knew that she had to be Super Sneaky.

Kide took a few steps back and Jumpt over the small river before she kept on walking keeping hidden behind the tree's to make sure that no Centaurs would see her.

Kida looked at and saw Eden near a Centaur, she gasped and ran out from behind her tree Grabbing Eden's Arm and pulling her away from the Centaur "Eden what are you doing" she said "what are you thinking, Centaurs don't like People like us in there Forest Trust me i know" she said rubbed her throat.
 
Eden was getting ready to say something to Spike when Kida came out of nowhere and grabed her arm and pulled her away from Spike. "Kida you dork what are you doing? I know what I'm doing. I was with Spike and we where... I mean I was sleeping and I just woke up and it's late and I was just about to ask him to walk me to the edge of the forest and than you come here somehow and go and pull me away from him like hes going to bite me or something." Eden looked at her friend and wondered what was going on. Looking over at Spike she felt rush to her face thinking about how right it felt waking up next to him. Shaking her head hard Eden hopped that no one had seen that.
 
Spike was shocked when someone else came into the cave where he and Eden where. eHe listened as Eden addressed her as Kida, Looking around he felt awkward he didn't really like people always thinking that all Centaurs where the same. They never where some where nice, some weren't people had to know that and know he wasn't just another violent monster as they where made out to be. " Don't worry I am not going to harm your friend, I'm friendly, me and Eden are friends." He said bowing towards the girl who had arrived.
 
Freeing herself from Kida's grasp Eden went to stand next to Spike wrapping her arms around Spikes neck. "It's ok Spike, Kida can be a little different at times." Looking over at Kida Eden spoke in a calm voice. "Kida just calm down down please Spike would never hurt me or you he's not like the others who hate humans."
 
Kida rubbed the front of her neck again, She had had a few bad run ins with Centaurs, and she didn't really trust them at all, but who could blame her, on several occasion they have tried to choke her.

Kida went to pull Eden back but she missed her arm "Eden no, Don't Trust them" she said as she backed up towards a rock wall when the Centaur bowed to her, she was expecting him to charge and flip her where she stood.
Kida shook her head and tried to get Eden to move "Eden be careful" she pleaded.
 
Eden felt the tears forming in her eyes as Kida pleaded with her to get away from Spike. "Kida trust me Spike is different he is young still. I have been with him all day and the worst thing that has happened has been waking up on the ground." Eden didn't know what else to say so she hugged Spike tighter and whispered in his ear. "I have to go with her now because she is my best friend but if you would let me I would like to vist again another day." Eden hugged Spike one last time and softly kissed him on the neck. Walking over to her best friend she put her arm around her shoulders. "You feel better now Kida?"
 
" Bye bye." Spike said as he stood there, he never turned his back on anyone, which was something he had been brought up to do. He watched as they where about to set off into the darkness of the forest.
