Hudson wasn't very excited about the idea of the Valentine's Dance. He had no interest in anybody like that, and he didn't think he ever would. He would much rather play with his rock collection, but Hudson had been encouraged by his sister to attend the dance. She was convinced that missing any event was missing out big time, and while Hudson disagreed in this case, he was sucking it up. He found a blue button up-shirt and threw on some slacks, keeping it pretty casual as she walked into the Great Hall, astounded by how many balloons there were. He watched as the balloons at the top made a "50" and decided then and there that he wanted to take one of those heart balloons to take home. It wasn't that he liked the heart part, but he wondered what would happen if he managed to steal one - would they still form a giant number in the sky? Hudson pulled out his wand and tried to remember the incantation for the summoning charm.
