Back to normal.

"Do you wanna go and get some sleep??" Alvin smiled at Ivy. "I don't mind if you do. I could walk you to your room if you want." He shrugged. He just wanted to stay with her.

Alvin laughed slightly and rested his hand on her side. "Thanks." He stroke her hair with his other hand. He leant his head back against the tree and relaxed as he watched the sky starting to darken.

Alvin smiled when he remembered his bath creme was lavender and thyme. His smile increased when she fell asleep and he himself then fell asleep. He hadn't been tired, he was just happy there.

Half an hour later, Malcolm was out for an evening jog when he saw his brother asleep with a girl led on his lap. He laughed and ran over to them. "My god Al you're actually getting a girlfriend for once." He laughed as he shouted the words to make sure it woke up his little brother.

Malcolm jumped out of his sleep when he heard shouting. His eyes shot open and he saw Malcolm running towards him. "Christ." He groaned and looked up at Malcolm. "Mal, get a life and go away."

Ivana was woken up when her pillow moved and started to talk. When she opened her eyes she realized she was outside, in the autumn, in a dress. It was freezing. She heard the boys' conversation and, while she recognized Alvin's voice, she had no idea who this 'Malcolm' was. She sat up slowly and turned to the other boy. "Can you please keep your uniformed conclusions to yourself until you have facts to rove them?" the vocabulary didn't sound right coming out of her mouth in her dreamy tone.

Malcolm was surprised by what the girl said. He was older than her and even he didn't use that sort of vocabulary. "Umm..." He was suddenly speechless and that was something which didn't happen very often. "You're odd."

Alvin laughed at the look on his brother's face. "Wow. I've never seen that happen before." He smiled at Ivy. He liked the way she worked. She even managed to ge Malcolm speechless. The amount of times he'd tried and failed.

Alvin smiled. "Probably not." Alvin himself understood her as he was intelligent for his age but Malcolm was a complete dumbo and had no idea what anyone was on about.

"I'll walk you there??" He knew by the look on his brother's face that this was going to spread round his siblings in seconds but he didn't care one bit. "I haven't got anything better to do."

Ivana smiled. "Okay then." She stood up and helped pull up Alvin, before brushing the grass off of her dress. "Goodbye Malcolm, I hope you have a marvelous exercise time while you are out at dusk." She smiled, using random words to try and confuse the boy still. "Come on then." Ivana grabbed Alvins' hand and pulled him to the school building.

Alvin smiled. "See ya Malcolm." He walked away, having to hide the laugh he was holding in because of the face Malcolm had. It looked so confused and stunned. He put his arm round her waist as he walked. "Which way is it then??"

Alvin walked into the room and sat on the bed. It was a tidy room but then that seemed to be the way most girls' rooms were. His was tidy as well but he couldn't work with a messy room. "Cool room."

Ivana smiled and stood behind him, where her chest of draws was, and took out her pj's. "Don't look okay?" She made sure he was facing away before taking off he dress and shorts and changing to her pajamas. "Okay, you can look now." She was in her long sleeve top and shorts that made up her pajamas. "So, what you wanna talk about?" Ivana sat besides Alvin on her bed.

Alvin laughed. "Fine. I'm not looking." When she said he could look, he turned his head. "Aren't you colder like that?? It's freezing and you're wearing tiny little pjs." He laughed but was nervous about seeing a girl in such little clothing. "Don't you have a jacket or something??"

Ivana smiled and shook her head. "Nope, you see, now I can do this." She laughed and climbed under her bed covers. The brunette laughed at the boys face as she lay with the covers up to her chin. "See, snug as a bug in rug." She giggled again. Alvin was funny.

Alvin sat next to her on the bed. He was glad that she was covered up now because hit made him feel less nervous. But now she was in bed. He didn't know how to go about talking to a girl when she was in a bed. "I'll go now. Then you can get some sleep. You look tired."

"Oh." Ivana looked down and sat up. She didn't want him to go, he was nice. "Okay then." If he wanted to leave then he could but not without a guilt trip first. He had to be heartless to ignore he sadness in her voice.

Alvin didn't want to go and when he heard Ivy speak as if she wanted him to stay as well, he smiled and shrugged. "I can stay if you want me to though. Everyone can do with some company once in a while."
