Assassin - Sudden Death

It was still hard to see which of the two students were going to win this as they continued on, battling it out between them. The Hufflepuff had her own wand at the ready as new spells began to come into play, careful that no one was actually going to be harmed by what was supposed to be just a fun game. Still, it was interesting to see the lengths to which both students were willing to go to be crowned the winner, and Geo watched in anticipation on the side, aware that a few people had stopped to stare at the ongoing commotion.

Gwen did not think of the blocking spell and wondered what would have happened if the spell Gwen sent at her actually hurt her. If either of them were sent to the hospital wing Gwen would definitely feel bad, even if it was the Ravenclaw's fault for instigating Gwen's hatred. She quickly dodged the Ravenclaw's spell before going towards her and attempting to tap her on her arm with her lit up wand.

The stunning spell had been a surprise, but it had probably distracted the other girl at least for a moment. Maybe if she made the other girl do it again, she would have an opening. Phoebe jumped to the side to avoid the girl's new attack and couldn't resist another taunt. "Is that all?" She said said innocently as she darted around her to attempt tap her on the other shoulder with her wand. "I'm getting bored here." She lied. In fact, she was getting a little tired from all the jumping around she was doing.

Gwen rolled her eyes as the girl spoke to her and Gwen just wanted her to stop. She quickly dodged the girl's light again by jumping to the side. "Expellliarmus!" she exclaimed, pointing her wand at the girl's wand to disarm her. She then attempted to tap the girl on the shoulder again. "Lumos." she said.

It seemed like Phoebe really had given this girl some ideas with her trip jinx idea. Thankfully, she was prepared for another spell and threw up a shield charm as fast as she could. Still, she disliked this. The idea of being disarmed in the middle of this wasn't pleasant. She ducked from behind her shield charm again to avoid the girl, trying once again to tap her as she passed. This time, she aimed her lit wand at the girl's side.

Gwen didn't like how the girl was dodging her spells but was determined to win. She wanted the girl to get tired and maybe by keeping alert Gwen could eventually beat her. She moved to the side to dodge the girl's next attack before lighting up her wand again. "Lumos." she said, pointing her wand at the girl's chest.

Phoebe wanted to try another spell, but decided to wait a little longer. It may lure the younger girl into a false sense of security, after all. She was breathing harder than she had been earlier as she dodged the girl's attack. She grit her teeth and once again ducked low, trying to tap her lower leg.

Gwen could see the girl was getting tired so her strategy of trying to tire her was working. Gwen was not getting tired herself anytime soon. The Gryffindor smirked as she dodged her spell by stepping out of the way and tapped the girl on the shoulder again with her lit up wand.
