another meeting

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

Elvera once again left the castle. and made her way down to the forest via skirting around the greenhouses. the lawn was filled with students soaking up the summer sun. he didn't want to be seen going into the forest. it wasn't that she was against breaking rules she just wanted to get there. ever since she had last visited a couple of weeks ago she couldn't stop thinking about spike. the centaur she had met there. once the stillness of the trees had settled around her she made her way quickly to the clearing where she had met him last. this week instead of climbing the tree she sat nestled in the roots and waited for spike to emerge.

 

[Spike]

Spike was walking through the forest looking for someone to talk to as he usually had, he had always found people in his favorite spot. Looking around he saw a familiar face, it was Elvera, a girl he had met a few weeks before, they had instantly gotten along and he liked spending time with her. " Hello how are we today?" He asked trying to sneak up on her from behind.

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

Elvera turned around at the sound of a voice behind her and saw Spike the Centaur coming towards her. she was surprised how close he was she hadn't heard him arrive. she stood up as she started speaking "hello Spike, i am marvelous now that you're here, How about you? she asked smiling.

 

[Spike]

" Ive been great, Ive been missing conversations, no one seems to want to come in here any more. Mist must have scared them all away." HE said as he walked closer to her and gave her a hug. It was a human thing not a Centaur thing, but he knew it would make her feel more special, seeing as it was something all girls liked to have.

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

Elvera chuckled when Spike said mist must have scared them away. She had only med mist once in her first year and she didn't seem that bad but she had heard about her from the other students. "its ether that or they've all started following the rules. but thats doubtful" she said. she was surprised when he hugged her, she didn't know that centaurs were into that kind of thing. but it felt good, she felt like she was safe no matter what. after a second she let go ant tickled him behind the ears. has anything interesting been going on in the forest recently? she asked still stroking spike behind the ears

 

[Spike]

" No not really, the only thing remotely odd, was a unicorn wandered into our village for a little while, but it left shortly after." Spike said as his hoof twitched a little on the ground as she stroked him behind the ear, it was one of the best feeling a centaur could have. " Anything interesting up in the castle?"

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

"wow" elvera breathed, she had never seen a unicorn before so the hougt ofone walking into the vilage was awe-some. "not much has happened at the castle, just lessons and the likes" it was true she hadnt been out because she was eather in class or working in the library or common room. she was getting bod of it. she dodnt want to be a ravenclaw anymore for a couple of weeks. prohaps a slytherin wold be better then i can breat as manny rules as i want, she thought musing with her idea. she walked over to a pland with unusual volet flowers on it. "they're so pretty" she said not quite reconising them but knowing that they were only in flower once ever two years

 

[Spike]

" Yeah just the same usual boring routine then, it gets pretty crappy here as well, a change would be really nice. You your used to the castle, and that's why all you kids break the rules and come inhere, but I can't leave because my punishment is a lot worse then yours would be." Spike said as he looked down at the flower, he had seen it a few times before, he had heard it was poisonous. " Don't touch it, it's poisonous, usually all the beautiful things are bad for you."

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

"thats a shame, but surly not all of the beautiful things are bad for you or i will have to leave" she said trying not to laugh. thinking back to what spike said earlier she asked " what would happen if you left the forrest?" hoping that it would be appropriate.

 

[Spike]

" Well your an exception." Spike said as he thought about being banished from the tribe and killed if he ever tried to return. " I will be killed or banished from the tribe, never to set foot in the forest again."

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

"actually i was talking about you" she said, now unable to stop laughing. but when spike told her what would happen if he left the forest she stopped immediately. "thats such a shame, but i suppose that the forest is a nice place to be confined to and at least we know where to find you." she reached up and resumed tickling him behind the ears.

 

[Spike]

His feet began to twitch as she ticked behind his ears again, she knew exactly where to pat that made him feel good. Smiling as he laid down next to where she was standing he snow stood almost her height, just a little shorter. He felt like tickling her but he refrained from doing so instead he just kept smiling at her.

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

Elvera smiled as Spike kneeled down in front of her. the moment was spoiled slightly by a rustle behind her. she looked around trying to see into the shadows.

 

[Spike]

Spike stood up and grabbed Elvera and flung her around onto his back, he couldn't stand to let her be attacked by any one, or anything it would devastate him. He was going to guard her with his life. Walking over towards the bushes he noticed it was only a rabbit. Twisting his body around he smiled at Elvera. " Only a rabbit."

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

Elvera was suprised when spike grabed her and threw her onto his back. and made his way over to the sound. she could tell that he would protect her from anything that threatened her within the forest "thanks" she said when he found out it was only a rabbit because she knew that if it was anything more menacing like a fox, alright a wolf he would protect her. she rapped her arms around him as if holding on but also as a hug.

 

[Spike]

Spike twisted his body around to give her a proper hug now that they where almost the same height, his body was short like all the other centaurs but his legs made up for the lack of height. Bending down slightly he gave her a kiss on the cheek and moved back a little. " Want to come for a ride?"

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

Elvera huged him properly moticing that they were almost the same hight. she almost melted as he kissed her on the cheek, and she held on tighter. shen he sugested that they go for a ride she was thrilled. "wow, sure i'll come" she said amased that he offered. "how would you like me to sit?" she asked not sure what would be cumftable for him

 

[Spike]

Spike smiled when she said that she wanted to come for a ride. " Anyway you want to as long as you don't fall off the back of me." HE said leaning back with all his weight so he was up on his back legs and ready to run off deep into the forest.

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

Elvera held on tightly as spike started to move. it was a strange feeling and she was surprised how amazing running through the forrest at full speed could be. the trees whipped past and and were gone before she even registered she was passing them. before long she was deeper in the forest than he had ever been before.

 

[Spike]

They came out into a clearing where there was a waterfall, it was known for wildlife being around and just looking you could tell why, all the animals of the forest where in there getting a drink of the water. " Look at this, this is one thing you can never get tired of here."

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

Elvera was amazed to see such a picturesque waterfall in the middle of the forest. "this is amazing, I never would had thought that there would be a waterfall here" she said looking around. she noticed a small creature near the other end of the clearing drinking from the water. at first she thought that it was a horse but when it lifted its head, presumably to see what had made the noise she saw that it was a unicorn.

 

[Spike]

spike slowly made his way over towards the unicorn and slowly ran his hand along her back, she was beautiful. He then turned to face Elvera. " Do you like it? They are beautiful creatures." He said as he turned his attention back to the still drinking Unicorn.

"they are amazing" she breathed as spike stroked the unicorn. "do you think they will let me touch them? she asked amazed that she was so close to a real live unicorn. she had only seen pictures in books, but they were o much prettier in the flesh.

 

[Spike]

" It should let you but if it raises it's head up near you slowly pull your hand back, they are easily frightened, and are hard to calm." Spike said as he turned around towards her and winked at her, in a jokingly manner, he just wanted to see what she would do when it raised its head at her, it wouldn't attack her but they where easily scared.

Elvera slowly held her had out towards the unicorn. gently she stroked his back. his fur was so soft it felt like velvet. "your beautiful" she whispered to the unicorn. it raised uts head as if listening to her and slowly she withdrew her hand.
