Now I was snooping around the Site Documentation today, and was reading about Animagus. In The description, it says, 'have excelled in Transfiguration thus far and will continue to excel throughout OWLs and NEWTs.' I'm just a bit confused by how good your marks should be. Do they just have to be passing, or does it need to be O?

Excelled, so it would have to be receiving an O.

Kaitlyn is correct in that that is the criteria we are using when processes animagus applications.
I will update the documentation to clarify that fact.
