Closed And the Studying Never Ends

Adorah was not surprised that she had found her way back to the library within the first week of classes. Seeing as she was taking most of the same classes again, her time would be very limited for each course, and the Ravenclaw had set a pretty rigorous study schedule. Today, it was Charms. In her mind, she struggled quite a lot in the course, but her OWL grades seemed to show otherwise. Nevertheless, Adorah didn't intend to let any of that go to her head and wanted to work as hard as if she had a T.

Finding her favorite spot in the library, Adorah pulled out a bag of veggies that she had scrounged from the lunch table, as munching always encouraged more focus for her. She started pulling out her book and notes and laid out everything in front of her before scrounging all the notecards she could find.

It was time to be back at Hogwarts, which meant that Samantha was back to the routine of studying again. Samantha sighs quietly as she walked into the library, already not in the mood to study, but she needed to anyways. The girl had noticed that the library wasn't that busy and had decided to take the table nearest to her. Until she had seen her friend nearby. The Hufflepuff smiled gently, before making her way towards her friend. "Hey, Adorah. Mind if I join you?" Samantha says with a small smile, as she hugged a few of her textbooks to her chest.

Adorah had a mouth full of hummus when Samantha approached the table, and she quickly tried to swallow it. "Of course," she said suddenly coughing and taking a large swig of her water. "Sorry, caught me off guard. What are you studying?" she asked curiously, unsure of every class her friend was continuing with now that they had to focus their courses on things that had been considered "Acceptable" at but in most cases, exceeding expectations. The Ravenclaw was glad she'd had at least one constant friend at Hogwarts, and while she had never truly had a 'best friend,' Samantha was the closest thing she had to that label. "You can have some snacks if you want," she said with a smile, offering some of veggies to the Hufflepuff.
