So this is Ryan. He is just about to adopt Melanie white and he will soon realise that he wants a family. As his parents were sent to Azkaban when he was 15 he doest really have what he would call a family now. He is looking for kids with potential to be like him when they grow up. Basicly evil and powerful. He is going to be a good dad though, he will be there for his family and would do anything for them, even kill.....But there is a catch, you will need to follow these rules 
but dont worry they are nothing major. 
1) The character you want be adopted must have their last name changed to Porter. Ryan wants his name to be know through the wizarding world and the more evil minions with it the better in his view.
2)The character must be evil, or able to be pushed in that direction. Ryan would only adopt a person if he saw potential in them. He wants really to have children raised how he was and turn out like him. He wanted kids that could become death eaters when they are older
3)Last one the character has to show him respect al the time. He was raised to show respect to those above him and to his own parents. He would expect no less from he kids he adopts.
