Sianna had decided with the Accio editor to call this meeting of their new and growing team. The halloween feast had just passed, and it had solidified that her choice of person to take over was the right one. His pictures had been pretty good, good enough to pass, though there was an odd one of the boy himself that was seemingly rushed, but she didn't ask about it, Sianna did not want to know. She didn't care about it. She had sent a note to the accio members, informing them about this event. A small meeting, a gathering, to meet the new kids in the club and to organise a few things about what they would doing in the coming weeks. Figure out the finer details of who would be where and when. Sianna hadn't gone to much effort for it, they were in the student lounge, and she using her prefect powers had shoved all the rest of the people out of the room and put a note on the door to say Accio only. The teen was sure that with her power as a prefect that would stick. Though she wondered what the club would do for their meetings after she graduated this year and they didn't have her ability to eject students out of a room. She set up the table like she wanted it, put name cards where they were all to sit and then took her own seat, she knew the others would arrive soon.

Elio had only been at Hogwarts for a couple of months, but he already felt like he was settling in well. He'd made a few good friends in his own house (Even if one of them had nearly broken his camera) and had been enjoying getting himself involved with the events around the school. His throat still hadn't fully recovered from shouting so loudly at the Quidditch match a few days ago, but it had been fun and therefore worth it. As a first year, the Gryffindor didn't think he would have managed to secure anything besides a seat in his classes, so when he heard that he'd made the Accio! team he'd been ecstatic to say the least. He'd tried to keep it under wraps until he knew for sure what he was going to be doing, waiting to tell his friends at the most appropriate time. As he made his way into the student lounge where they'd been gathered, he spotted the only other student in the room, sat at a table. He was too excited to see what was going on to notice that there were name cards on the table until he sat in front of the wrong one. "That's not Elio.." he mused to himself, jumping up and retracing his steps until he found his own name. Eventually once he was correctly seated, he grinned at the older girl, "Hi!".

Vader had been in a state of disbelief about him being in the yearbook since he had first been asked. He hadn't applied for it like he knew of the others had, or he wasn't even sure what the process really was, but Vader had been selected to be a part of the team, an intern for this year following the older ravenclaw girl around at different events the school had and different things to learn best how to do this job, this role. He wasn't even sure he like photography enough to keep doing it. He stepped into the student lounge, made a little nervous by the sign on the door. This seemed important. He noted two people in the room, the older girl who was his mentor in this place and the other was a boy from his year, house and dorm. He smiled sheepishly at them both before he walked to the table. He found his name and took a seat in it. He had brought his bag with his camera in it, but didn't want to place it on the table in front of the others since no one else had. It depended, how many photographers were a part of the team. He didn't know anything about it, aside from his role. He kept quiet as he waited, wondering who else was a part of this club.

After working on the Monthly for years, Caro had found the paper to be pretty much the only thing at Hogwarts that she really enjoyed. It was freeing to get away from classes and gossip and people who loved her stupid sister, and work on making something important. She wanted to do more of that, and had been pleasantly surprised when her application to join the yearbook had been accepted. She made sure not to be late to her first meeting, giving the other members a friendly smile as she took the seat she had been assigned. "Hi guys." Caro said, trying not to be shy. She wanted to make a good impression on the people she would be working with. Hopefully they could all make something really great together.

After being an intern for a year, Nixon was proud to finally call himself a real member of the school yearbook team. It was refreshing to feel like he was fully part of something for a change, instead of standing on the sidelines wishing to be included, and on top of that he was relieved to have learned the ropes of how the yearbook worked from someone else before joining fully. When he arrived to hogwarts he had barely known what a camera was, let alone how to operate one, and being an intern had been the perfect introduction that allowed him to feel excited instead of nervous as he headed to the accio staff meeting because he had somewhat of an idea to how everything worked. When Nixon arrived to the student lounge he smiled at everyone who was there, noting that there were more new faces than old ones, and that one of the girls was someone he knew from the Hogwarts Monthly. "Hey everyone!" He said to the room, before searching for where his name card was placed and sitting down as he waited for the meeting to begin.

Accio! has always been a priority for the Hufflepuff, and now that two members have left, she and Sianna went through the applications of many, and finally settled on Caro Taylor and Elio Zephyr. Then there was an intern that Sianna chose, who's name was unusual. Zoe had all of her notes and rushed to the meeting so that she would not be the last one there. She entered the lounge, smiling the peers that had arrived. She mentally counted them in her head, before seeing that there was still one missing. Ryder. She walked over until she found her name card and sat down, setting the pile of parchment in front of her. "Hey guys! We are going to give Ryder some more time before we get started."
