🌹 Rose Giving A Rose and an Invitation

Lucy had her basket of roses - a good variety this year, she thought - and had set about delivering them. She always looked forward to this time of year. Rose-giving was fun. Her first port of call was the Hufflepuff house table to track down a Hufflepuff. She travelled down from the Ravenclaw tower, hoping to catch her first person at breakfast. Arriving, she made a beeline for the Hufflepuff table. "Nox!" she called out with a smile, hoping she'd find him. "A rose for Nox!"

It felt like every time Nox sat down at the Hufflepuff table to eat, someone dropped a rose on him. He was sat there again when he noticed an older Ravenclaw calling out his name, seemingly with no idea who she was actually looking for. "Yeah I'm Nox,"

"Great!" Lucy said, pulling out a pink rose. She always got a bit excited over pink and red roses - who knew what response they would elicit? She handed it over with the note.
