Libby had recently been pulled out of Hogwarts by her family, and in the hope of being able to continue magic her only option was to join Durmstrang. She knew she would be alright, she had more friends here than she did in Hogwarts, although it was strange, leaving behind a prefect post, and a common room she'd been with for five years.
Durmstrang was alot more different than she'd expected, and now as she walked the corridors, she hoped she would find someone, anyone, to talk to. She had no idea where she was.
She'd spoken to Zavier about Hogwarts and how she didn't really like that fact she felt lonely, and hoped that they would too be able to get closer. It was difficult only seeing a friend in the holidays.
Her brother had moved with her. It was Libby who'd chosen to follow. She couldn't stand the idea of living with her grand-parents, away from magic. She hadn't finished, and still planned a career in astronomy.

Mooching around the corridors of Durmstrang, Zavier sighed. He'd lost all interest in pranking, he didn't see the point. Only a small way round the corner from a commonroom, and ignoring the brawl down a side corridor, he kept walking. Zavier didn't want to be considered to be.. pining or anything. But he was obviously upset, much to the relief of the teachers. Not one to brood Zav had pushed all thoughts of getting out of this hellhole to the side, focussing on the letters that were frequenting between here and Hogwarts New Zealand. Libby had seemed well (albeit lonely) lately, last he'd heard she was a prefect. Zavier had had no chance of becoming a prefect, what with his practical jokes and the detentions. Not that Zav had gotten any detentions recently.

With a grimace Zavier turned down another corridor. He wasn't expecting to see who he did, clad in Durmstrang uniform and looking lost. "Libby? What the heck are you doing here?" he greeted his friend jubilantly, gazing at her in utter disbelief. The first words he'd spoken in weeks.

Libby turned her head slightly to see her friend walking towards her with a look of disbelief on his face. "Zav, hey" she grinned, walking towards him. She should probably explain. "Well, i couldn't stay at Hogwarts. My brother moved up here and i was not giving up magic. Plus, means i get to see you more" she added. They'd last "spoken" by letter, about how Libby was having trouble with friends anyway.
"And i guess to me, a friend means more than a title" she finished, refererring to the fact she'd been made prefect at Hogwarts. She was still discussing with the professors whether she could be a prefect here, to carry on her role, but Libby wasn't particulary bothered.
"So yeah. This is my school now." she concluded, wondering how he would react.
