A muggel is needed to take Paris Cahors life away, nothing major just a car accident when she apparates at the wrong time and is instantly killed on the spot. I have Jeanne-Claire Bresilley. She's been very distracted recently so she wouldn't be paying much attention to what's around her and would never be able stop if someone apparated in front of her. She knows about magic but doesn't like it at all as it was the reason her step-daughter (slave) was taken away from her.
