Oskar felt severely under dressed the way he always did when he dared to go to any of the dances. But he had sent a rose to Lucy which still made his stomach feel a little sick when he thought about it for too long. Was he crazy? Probably but he liked talking to her at work even if at school they didn't cross paths that much. It made him question himself, a lot. Which was something he did all time, even more now as he waited to hear from her. He sat at one of the tables, trying to hide his presence even if he was silently waiting to see if Lucy would notice him. He didn't want to seem like he was waiting for her if that was even possible.
