Worse than roses with boring notes, was this one that had no note at all. What was the point? Diana really couldn't understand sending someone a rose without at least letting them know it had been her that had been kind enough to send one. She had been looking for this boy she didn't know for a while now, and was growing frustrated. In the courtyard, she decided to do what Rose had advised her to do, even if it was slightly embarrassing. She hopped up on a bench and looked around. "Anyone named Norton here?" She asked loudly, hoping she would have finally found her target so she could go on to her final two roses of the day.

Norton threw his hand up when someone asked for him. He was sure this was a rose from his sister, he had told her it would be good if she got a little more involved in school events like the roses, and he would be happy if she had, "I'm Norton!" he told the girl who had asked for him gleefully as he made his way over to where she was stood on a bench. The boy loved the roses and the whole celebration, he just loved love.

Diana was glad a boy approached, planning to deposit the rose in his care whether or not he was actually Norton. Thankfully, he seemed to be the guy she was looking for. "Here." She said, handing him the rose. "Someone liked you enough to send you a rose, but didn't like you enough to let you know who they were. Have fun."
