Teddy was feeling a weird mix of pride and nostalgia whilst rallying the team for one of the last practices as Gryffindor captain. With his stats, he was pretty sure he was the best Gryffindor captain, and probably even the best captain Hogwarts had ever seen. But like all the best eras, this has to come to an end too, and Teddy’s time at Hogwarts was slipping away faster than he cared to admit. Two games left, maybe. Then he’d graduate. He kept telling himself he was fine about it but in truth he was not completely fine about it. He was going to miss this when it was gone.

But Teddy had learned a lot during his time as captain, mostly that it wasn’t always about him all of the time. He had a team to look out for, keep motivated, and train ready for games. He worked them hard but he cared about every single one of them and was going to miss being their captain. He gathered everyone to get started. “Gryffindors!” he called, his voice had a new deepness that came with turning eighteen. “You guys are amazing and plenty good enough to beat Slytherin in our next game!” He believed that 100%. “Same drill as usual for training. Beaters I want you to work on your aim, seekers on your catch. Chasers work together to score while Rose and I will defend the hoops. Any questions? Complaints? Or compliments for me before we start?” He asked, hoping for the latter. Once everyone was ready he signaled to get in the sky, "Alright lets get started." He said, releasing the balls one after the other.

OOCOut of Character:
Hi everyone! Straight into practice please!

William got into the air and started looking for bludgers.

Fifi wasn't going to get worked up this practice about his catching skills. He knew he played best when he was quietly confident; that the snitch would come to him. He'd only just made it up into the air when he spotted the glimmer of gold and he headed after it almost lazily. He hoped Teddy was watching when he made the first catch of the practice.

Ivy listened to teddy give his speech. it was going to be weird not having him on the team next year. It would feel like she was losing her brother at school. she wondered what would happen with the team next year. part of her hoped she would get to be captain. But she thought that Aroha was probably goign to be next.
Once the sky, when the training started, she took to the sky and caught the quaffle as it was thrown in and made her way towards the hoops.

Miles was eager for another semester of Quidditch, certain that Gryffindor would once again be bringing home the trophy. It would be strange seeing a new Captain next year, but he was trying not to think about that, instead focusing on what Teddy was saying. Then, he swung a leg over his broom and kicked off into the air, following after Ivy as she took possession.

Kaysi listened to the speech and then kicked off, getting right into the air and taking a swing at a bludger but missing.

Teddy cheered when Felix immediately caught the snitch, "Nice one Felix!" He praised, then watched Ivy with the quaffle.

Ivy noticed miles behind her. Maybe she should pass. But at least for the first shot she wanted to take it. She approached the hoop and looked at the keeper in the eye almostvwilling then to towards the left loop. (As views my her) before swerving right and throwing the ball in. She skilled as it went sailing through the ring.

Felix saluted Teddy as he congratulated him. He was proud, Felix was proud, Mervyn Gryffindor should have been proud. He released the snitch and gave it moment to fly away, casting an eye around at the rest of the team while he waited. Ivy was quick to score too, and Felix whistled in her direction. There was no way they weren't winning the cup again.

Felix took a deep breath, reminding himself not to stress about the catches this time. Sure enough no sooner had he started to zip around the pitch again, he spotted it. It wasn't as though he hadn't given it a chance to fly away either. Reaching out Felix caught the snitch for a second time and did his own victory dance on his broom.

William didn't manage to hit anything.

Miles smiled when Ivy scored, but was determined to get involved. He swooped in and grabbed the quaffle once it was throen out before turning to head to the opposite hoops.

Rose continued to guard her hoops.

Felix played with the snitch between his hands, watching its little wings trying to flap hard as it tried to escape. After a moment the fourth year let it go, watching as it fluttered off again.

Miles pulled up at the hoops and attempted to make the shot, but frowned as it was blocked.

Ivy followed miles up the pitch. Supporting him if he needed it. Se watched him shoot and it was saved. good shot miles. Good save too she called towards the keeper. She flew forward and took the throw in. And started her way back down the pitch.

Felix could hear Ivy congratulating the other chasers, which was nice for them, he guessed. He didn't think he would have made a good chaser himself, he would have hogged the ball too much.

Ivy was about half way down the pitch when she looked around to the other chasers. She was fairly confident in her ability Shooting. She had trained on it extensively After all hey, do you want to take the shot she called before passing the quaffle to one of the other chasers.

Felix minded his own business, continuing his search for the snitch.

She continued to keep to her corner of the pitch and work on her hoops.

William still didn't hit anything.

Vic was surprised when Ivy decided to pass the quaffle, managing to catch it without fumbling and focussing on getting it to the hoops.

Felix was weaving left and right, not because he was trying to avoid anything but just because he didn't feel the need to be going anywhere too quickly yet. Perhaps he should have been trying to avoid rhe bludgers however as one hit in straight in the back. He let out a sharp breath as the wind was knocked out of him, but he grinned at the younger beater through the pain.

Ivy realised that once again she had messed up somewhere in her pass. and nont of the other chasers were going to catch the ball. She leaned forward on her broom and sped up after it, scooping the ball out of the air before changing direction and closing the gap towards the goals.
Sorry I Cleary can’t read.

Ivy saw Victoria catch the quaffle. come on girl you’ve got this she cheered following behind the younger girl ti support her if needed as she made her way to the hoop.
